I didn’t realize American plumber did heating as well as plumbing. Ernie is the epitome of a business owner who is there to help. He gives you options, explains the work needed and performs the work at a reasonable price.

American Plumber guys and Ernie are very polite and professional. They did a great job replacing the water main at a very reasonable price. Will definitively recommend to my association, neighbors and friends.

Got to my house within one hour of my emergency call of a leak. Identified the issue within minutes aand repaired it right away.

American Plumber came to my rescue after a terrible experience with trying to use the AWR Waterline Protection Program (that I pay for every month) and the contractor that they sent to my house. After waiting for almost a month to finally get an AWR assigned contractor to come to my home, they provided me with an exorbitant estimate to find and fix the leak under my slab. Not being happy with that, and having had a couple of good experiences with American Plumber in the past, I decided to try calling them to see what they could do. Ernie was great and provided a tentative estimate that was about 1/3 of what I had gotten from the AWR contractor, so I asked them to come in and do the work. Kamil came the following day, ready to spend a couple of hours excavating the concrete (where a leak detection service had said that the leak would be), repairing the leak, and replacing the concrete. Unfortunately, after excavating where the leak was supposed to be, Kamil found that it wasn't there at all. This lead to several more hours of excavating to 'chase the leak', until finally he ended up snaking PEX line through about 20 feet of pipe to repair the leak. While the job ended up taking much more time and effort than any of us had originally expected (since we assumed that the leak detection service knew what they were doing), Kamil remained pleasant and professional throughout. Obviously, there were additional charges, so the job ended up costing much more than was originally estimated, but it certainly wasn't the fault of Kamil, Ernie, or American Plumber. I was just happy to finally have the leak fixed. I would certainly recommend American Plumber to anyone who needs to have plumbing work done. Kamil was very patient and dedicated to getting the job done. I will certainly call them whenever I need work done again.

American Plumber was courteous and timely and did a quality work. They worked with my association in coordinating the fix for a water main break. Will hire them again.

I had placed my request with Home Advisor late last night, received a call first thing this morning from American Plumber, LLC and the job was finished early afternoon in just a couple of hours. Starting with my first phone contact with Ernie (the owner) and then the installation of the toilet by Jaime, I knew I was in good hands. Ernie gave me an extremely reasonable price for removal and installation including sending over a brand new industry known toilet. Jaime told me of other problems that he saw as he was working and to be aware of them. He didn't try to use scare tactics or push additional work on me. I'm a senior citizen. Jaime is a very diligent, well mannered and patient worker. He explained anything I asked and cleaned up everything when the job was completed. I would definitely ask for him again when I need additional repairs. Thank you Ernie and Jaime for a great job but mostly for your fairness and honesty. So if you want a completely honest, professional and reputable company call American Plumber, LLC . I know I will.

The owner, Ernie, tells you what he will do and does exactly what he says he will do. His prices are very fair and he is honest, sincere, thorough, clean and most surprising for a plumber, responsive. You call him and he will call you back. He shows up on time and does not leave until the job is finished. He is simply a real nice guy and knows his trade. This year alone I have used him for three separate jobs.

Price quoted was price paid and was less than half of what others were quoting. Prompt replies and call backs - all done timely and as explained.

The service was quick Jamie was there within the hour I filled out the request. He was very professional new what he was doing replaced the pump tested it to make sure that it worked alright and was done. I would definitely hire American Plumber again.

Called in and got serviced same day. Was given a price quote immediatelly on the phone to repair a frozen and burst yard hose pipe with valve. Van was on site and waiting for me as I came home from work. The work was done and everything was back to normal in 10 min. Paid by cc (additional 4% fee) and was finished right there. No leaks or problems so far. Thanks!
