Repairman called me immediately and responded to each and every one of my questions. An appointment was kept on time, a reasonable estimate of what the problem was, with a couple of options for possible solutions was offered; and when they did the job, they did it on budget, on time, and thoroughly...I will use them again in the future. Excellent to do business with.

American Plumber was very responsive and quickly solved my water heater problem. Their inspection revealed another very slight leak which they also fixed while there, avoiding any subsequent damage or additional cost. I will call them again when needed.

The plumber called to arrange a time on a Saturday;he showed up and completed the correction of my reverse osmosis filter problem. While here, I asked him to drain and close up my outside shower. All was completed in a timely manner.

Ernie called with in a minute of adding my plumbing project to ServiceMagic. He was at my house 2 hours later and fixed all of our plumbing problems from a leaky shower head to a broken exterior spigot. Ernie was fast, professional and polite. We have already "booked" him for another project.

Overcharged for 20 minutes labor and minimal plastic pipe -$150!!! When I asked for justification, said he had to drive for an hour to get to my house! No one gets paid for driving to and from work.Did the job required, but dfinitely not recommended due to price.

Couldn't be happier. they were prompt, professional, explained what was being done and why it was important, and cleaned up. I have recommended them to additional people and am having additional work done.

Ernie, the owner of American Plumber, was wonderful to deal with. I sent my request to service pro around 6:00am and Ernie called me immediately. He gave me an estimate over the phone and the estimate seemed fair. I told him to come over and do the work. He came over and did the work I needed for the price he quoted. He did a great job and he was a fine young man as well. I will use Ernie for all my plumbing needs in the future.

AP did some gas pipe repairs for me. The owner Ernie came out for the estimate. His price was 40% lower then the highest price, but $20 more then the lowest. However, Ernie was very clear about what he would do and how long it would take. He was very polite and professional. I felt he would do a excellent job and he did. A large part of why I hired him instead of the lower estimate was his professionalism (e.g. no hard sell, and like I said very clear). He showed up on time and worked diligently to get the job done efficiently. I would hire him again.

installed a sump pump and backup quickly and efficiently; fixed a problematic toilet (took two tries, but the second trip was no charge and they found the problem, which was pretty subtle.) I recommend. Ratings on next page are for the toilet repair.
