The technician (Jason - one of the owners) came. He was very professional in his approach. The pricing for the original scope of work was very reasonable and a little less than other quotes that I received. There was some additional work required to be done due to system malfunction and am not able to comment on that in terms of pricing as did not have a chance to compare) but am happy with the job that he did and how he went about it. Note that cost above include parts.

No hesitation in recommending this service provider to anyone.
