+ -1 moreThe technician (Jason - one of the owners) came. He was very professional in his approach. The pricing for the original scope of work was very reasonable and a little less than other quotes that I received. There was some additional work required to be done due to system malfunction and am not able to comment on that in terms of pricing as did not have a chance to compare) but am happy with the job that he did and how he went about it. Note that cost above include parts. No hesitation in recommending this service provider to anyone.
Description of Work: 1. Activation of sprinklers (original request). 2. When he got to it found out that 1 phase was malfunctioning and constantly open (not opening/shutting). He identified the underground unit, replaced a part and fixed the issue. This is a relatively major job. 3. Three of sprinkler heads were damaged/not performing well. He changed them. 4. Calibrated few other heads. 5. Am a new home owner. He also educated me patiently on how to operate the system.
