The Gutter Guys - Moorestown

I’m so happy I decided to hire The Gutter Guys!! First, the salesman Bill is a dream to work with. He is courteous at all times and will answer any questions you have for him. He is always available by phone and even one year after my initial installation, picked up the phone when I needed to discuss something with him. Let me start by saying I was getting a new roof, soffits, gutters, downspouts and adding gutter toppers as we did not originally have them. This work was all being done in 2018. Now I needed to hire and coordinate all the work. I had my roofer, who originally gave me my price including the gutters, soffits and downspouts. But I wanted to hire a company to put on my gutter toppers. I did all the usual research, by asking neighbors and looking online. I happened to mention to my mom, who lives in Delaware that I wanted to get gutter toppers and she said they had some installed by a company called The Gutter Guys and she LOVED them and they are guaranteed for life, even after you sell the house. So I looked them up. Unfortunately, I am in Middlesex County and they only “seemed“ to be located as far north as Mercer County. But I made the phone call and inquiry anyway. I told Bill, my salesman, that I had researched all the usual suspects and after all was said and done, I wanted to hire them. Let me backtrack for a second. I did research on all the other companies that offer gutter toppers. Not one of them compared to what I saw when I compared them to The Gutter Guys. They need absolutely no maintenance at all. They come in a large selection of colors to match any roof or color scheme. They never clog. They look amazing, so good that they blend right into our new roof. And who the heck guarantees them for the life of the house? Even if you sell the house, they guarantee goes to the new owner!! So back to talking with Bill. I told him I wanted them to do my gutter toppers so he came out to make measurements and go over everything. Once he was here, I decided I wanted their company to also do the gutters and downspouts. I mean they were doing the toppers, so it only made sense since they had to install and pitch it all. I explained it to my roofer (who I also adore) and he said “No problem!” and he readjusted my price for the roof. So, I had the new roof and soffits done and then I had The Gutter Guys come and do the gutters, downspouts and toppers. The crew came first thing in the morning, worked very politely and hard all day long, cleaned everything up and in one day the had the job finished. They also gave me a very long handled brush that I can walk around and clean the ”face” of the gutter toppers if a small leaf needs to be wiped away. But I’ve never needed to use it. And let me tell you, I am surrounded by trees. Before getting the toppers, we had to go up on the roof all the time to clean out the gutters. In one year’s time since putting them on, we have never needed to do that again. They are not cheap quality either. They are a bit more money than the other companies, but WORTH EVERY penny!! I cannot stress that enough. You get what you pay for. I am so satisfied with my decision to go with this company. And I’m so happy that Bill came into Middlesex County to help me out and sell me their product. Even my roofer was impressed with how they look and work. Quick update: This year, 2019, I am having new steps put on the front of my house. There was a small drip coming from one of the gutters that was hitting the steps and we didn’t notice it until the new steps were being put in. I called Bill and explained what was going on and he said quite calmly ”It’s covered in the warranty!” So they are sending someone out to look at it and adjust it. You have no idea how good I felt that they are standing behind their product and quality service. You should only have to put in gutters toppers once in the life of the house. Make the right choice and choose The Gutter Guys!!

Excellent experience! I was fearing a very expensive repair job, but they gave an extremely reasonable estimate. Jake and his coworkers showed up on time and did a wonderful job, going the extra mile to ensure good drainage. They were friendly and professional, and gave great maintenance advice. I will definitely use their services again, and recommend them to my friends!

They took down the gutters, found rotted fascia board, and asked if they should keep going to add the additional work. I said yes, not knowing that it wouldn't happen the same day. The foreman said they would then need to schedule another date to finish , meanwhile I had no gutters... They were able to finish 2 days later and did a great job. If you have to have additional work, get a confirmation before they remove all your gutters , since the work and scheduling/sales are handled by different teams. Luckily they got the work done before the next rain. And they look and work great.

Free! Couldn't believe it. They installed the gutter caps over 15 years ago. We called because a small piece disappeared at an angle joint and we saw a small bird checking out the gutter. They came out and put a new piece in place and checked the gutter for nests. No Charge! Unbelievable. We will certainly call them when it's time for new gutters...

We only got an estimate done, and while they were very quick to come out for the estimate and on time, their price was well over twice as much as the other two estimates that we got.

Our house was in desperate need of gutter replacement.  Our home had the original gutters when we purchased it last year.  The crew painstakingly removed the old 'gutter helmets' and installed all new gutters and downspouts.  They worked a long day and did an excellent job!  All of the spouts are straight and tight along the house.  The new gutters have greatly improved the curb appeal.  We are very pleased.

The process was completely painless.  The estimator arrived on time and gave a full and thorough estimate down to the penny.  Work was completed on the agreed date, and the gutters look great.

They are absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them. They are very professional and they are extremely fast they are in and out like in a couple of hours. They are very efficient.

Explained service and installation in detail. Supervisor gave suggestions to improve functionality of gutters and gave me choices.

Only problem was in submitting my first review and having the review scale backwards in my mind. Make sure you scroll over when reviewing to see the scale. I was a little taken aback when the salesman called and asked why I gave them a bad review if everything was satisfactory. Gladly corrected my review to read correctly.

He was on time and prepared estimate.  Was not wild about sales pitch - showing me a picture of the inside of a gutter that has their product on it for three years.  Offensive approach - it could have been a gutter in the middle of a city w/ no trees around it, so it does not prove anything.  The gutter guards seem like a good product though - but way too expensive for a simple 3 bedroom split level house.  As I just had the current gutters installed 5 years ago, they also provided estimate to just repair an issue with the slant on them, but I ultimately went w/ another provider who was less expensive.  If that does not work, I would perhaps contact them again.

The work was excellent. You can't even tell that gutters have been attached to the buildings.  I wrote a very,very negative review in December, 2014 because they did not return our phone call after they gave us an estimate. However, they resolved the problem extremely quickly. Now that the work is complete, I am extremely happy with this provider. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Service was excellent from start to finish from all involved.  Work was done quickly and professionally.  Cost was less than expected.  Quality product and installation.  Absolutely ZERO problems.

They went to the wrong house and cleaned the gutters there.  I didn't even realize it and they apologized and did mine. I was surprised they apologized, most companies would not.

The repair of the gutter went fine, and I would use the Gutter Guys again. What has not gone well is that either your review service or the Gutter Guys themselves are confused about which of their branches--Moorestown or Egg Harbor Township--did this service for me. I didn't question which branch it was when they did the job. I would have guessed it was Moorestown since they are very much closer to me. However, in checking over my receipts before I pay my credit card bill, I see that it is list as Unit ES, E.H.T., NJ, and that must be Egg Harbor Township.
The bottom line is that my gutter is in good shape, but these REPEATED requests for reviews of their work are unnecessarily time-consuming.
