Made appointment to give us an estimate did not show or call, wasted my time.

Matt is a very nice professional. I had a clogged kitchen sink and tried to fix it myself with a power snake. But I was not successful and even worse, I lost the bit of the snake somewhere inside the pipe. I shopped around for a plumber. Some quoted me a ridiculous price due to the lost bit in the pipe. Luckily, I found Matt. He came the next day after I called him. He was in time and quickly estimated the work and recommended a solution to me. More importantly, he quoted me a very reasonable price. He made several cut on the pipe, trying to find the lost bit. After two hours, it is not found. Matt concluded the bit may be stuck somewhere in the vent pipe.

Anyway, he cleared the pipe and put them back. The kitchen sink was back to function. Matt spent two hours to fix my problem. It will be much faster if I did not lost my snake bit in the pipe. I am very happy with Matt's work. I am definitely use him again in future.

Matt was able to come out in a timely basis. He assessed the situation, left to get a replacement valve, returned and replaced the valve within a few hours. Then the next day the hot water stopped working. We thought it was another valve that broke. Matt came back out and determined that the valve was stuck closed. He was able to correct the valve so it worked properly. He didn't charge us for the extra visit or the time he spent correcting the valve. He was timely, thorough and professional. Highly recommend him!

I had a deck done in my premises recently and there was a faucet outside. I had him remove that to make way for the deck. He did a little bit of servicing of my kitchen faucet. There was also a leak there that he fixed. I had used him last year too. He is pretty good. He knows what he is doing and is very efficient. The pricing is also good. I would recommend him.

First Matt came and gave me an estimate. He called to confirm and was one time. I got 3 estimates and his was the best price and he seemed very trustworthy (he was). We booked him for the job and he showed up on time. He replaced the garbage disposal and rerouted the small pipe that went to the ice maker. He left the kitchen area neat and clean. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.

The drain was leaking for two days. Called in the morning and Matt arrived by 12:30! Satisfied with responsiveness. Worked for 30min and replaced the linkage pipe. The price was given before he started work which included parts + labor.

Overall a very good experience. All work was completed satisfactorily. He made two visits: 1) replace cut-off and supply - very quickly completed. Attempted cleanout of the clogged washbowl drain but the snake he had could not get past the bend in the trap, so after several attempts, he said he would be back with a new snake and a new trap in case the new snake still didn't make it past the bend. 2) came back as promised and scheduled, new snake also failed, so ended up cutting off the ancient trap just before it entered the wall, removed the clog, then put on the new trap and joined to the pipe entering the wall with a short rubber coupling. I had agreed this would be fine, since the trap and coupling are mostly hidden behind a removable pedestal which is mostly for decoration, the bowl is supported at the wall with wall hangers. I was very pleased both with his work, professionalism, and his pleasant conversation while I watched him work. A job well done.

Matt was giving of his time, providing sound advice during all stages of the bathroom renovation (e.g. planning and installation). I was renovating the bathroom myself (e.g. tiles, floor) and I did not have a lot of experience. He made himself available, providing service based on my schedule.

Matt did a great job and I couldn't be happier. He showed up on time, worked quickly, and walked me through, step by step, what he was going to do before he did it. His price also included the price of the pump. During the estimate, he told me to save myself some money and buy the utility sink and faucet on my own - which I did.
