Overall he did a very professional job with the repairs and also checking all other possible places that may or could leak in the future . They arrived when they said they would, and we didn't have to wait around for them to show up. They didn't have quite enough roofing cement on their vehicle for the amount of repairs to be done have to go to Home Depot to pick from home

I haven't done the work yet and will write another after.
But, these guys could have taken me for a serious ride with this roof. I have no access to the roof and had them go up there and inspect it. They quoted only 2500 dollars for replacing the one part I already knew needed to be fixed and some additional chimney re pointing for another 1800. Again, really nice and prompt. I will use them for sure when we do the work next month.

Great service and very professional.   They were very honest and made sure work was done correctly.  The original service date was moved because it was a bitter cold day and installing the roof on a below freezing temperature would've cracked the shingles.  The work was rescheduled to a different date which was fine with me since I rather get the work done correctly than rushed.  I appreciated their honesty and quality of work.  They even came back a second time to clean the yard after the snow/ice melted.  The added bonus was our roof contract gave another family in need a new roof.   Such a great service with a great program.  Highly recommended.

They had actually come out and give an estimate when we were in the process of purchasing a home, and they were very…the salesperson Joe was very personable and very informative even if at the time when we didn’t even own the home.  Even if the estimate was higher than others that we have obtained we just felt comfortable with their knowledge.  They are just very professional.

We didn’t use them because they were too expensive. We had no problems with their service but their price was high. We had several quotes from different vendors and their quote was double from most of them. They had a lot of allowance and warranty and that was the reason why it was expensive. Some of the roofers had ten years roof and twenty years roof. Someone recommended them to us as they were good to them. Apparently they were more specialized in residential than commercial.

"Thank you for your feedback. We specialize in both residential and commercial roofing and exterior remodeling. We have a vast amount of experience in both areas and have 18 vehicles on the road to insure we give our clients the best service possible. Our price is a bit higher then some 'discount contractors' but our price is NEVER double when comparing apples to apples. The only way our price would be double would be if we saw a need to tear off the existing roof and your estimate may have been for just a reroof/layover. Unfortunately, many roofing contractors break the law and put you at risk by installing a 3rd, 4th or 5th layer of roofing. This is illegal and structurally dangerous. If you haven't already had the work done already, I'd be glad to review the proposal with you point by point, to see if we can help you in any way. Thank you again"

During a freak storm where it was raining heavily with the rain moving from south to north laterally the hot tar roof NJCR installed 2 years earlier was leaking. They sent a guy over ASAP after I called  and he took a look at it. He noticed some recent renovation work near the leak was the true problem and therefor wasn't a problem with the roof. He also caulked some spots I had some reservations about even though they were not the source of the problem.
After following his advice I have not had any other problems. It has rained many times since with no issue.
The previous rooves have been a headache since I purchased the house and was very happy when the NJCR worked pefrectly even during Sandy.
When I called the person on the phone was polite and helpful. The person who came to my house was friendly and knowledgeable  and very patient with me (not easy) even though he had many other calls to go to.
I'm very happy with the work and I would recommend them to friends and family

These good people were professional, knowledgeable and responsive from start to finish. Joe gave me an estimate, after his thorough look at and on the roof. He provided explanations of the work to be done, and the quality lifetime warranty roofing systems that Roof4Roof could provide, complete with literature and shingle samples. All was in writing, and every question treated as important. He also worked with me constructively on costs. Ryaan in the front office made sure all my questions and concerns (before, during and after contract and performance) were answered by the appropriate person, both well and fast.  The work started 7 days after contract execution and was completed in 1 day, in fine fashion, by professionals who left the property cleaner than it was when they started. There were 2 post-completion inspections by Joe and management. I highly recommend Roof4Roof, and would use them again.

Good job. I am happy with it.I noticed the shingles on my roof starting to turn green with a few places where moss was starting to grow in clumps. I called Stevens Gutter people with whom I have a gutter cleaning contract, explained the situation and asked if they could recommend someone to clean my roof. They said to try Stevens Roofing, I did, and in less than a week a crew was there and did the job.

They did non of the things they said they would do with the exception of rushing (railroading) in 1 day as they said. They did a heck of alot of damage to the property around the house. As my friend pointed the issues during the project they said its all Ok we'll take care of it at the end instead of addressing it then to their workers (all aliens) at the time. The manager said we wish the homeowners wouldn't be home when they are replacing the roof!! He should've know better and stop them then, and then they wouldn't get paid from his insurance until they would fix everything. Any how My friend got screwed at the end since each manager would throw the problem to another manager's shoulder and got non of it taken care of. Don't fall into their trap and sign the contract. Do your homework. There are way better roofing companies and for alot less money with better quality work. They are not professional at all specially at the office. They are rude and threaten you. Take a walk through their office in millstone and you'll see. They have no awards of any kind. They have multiple complaints with BBB and consumer affairs. To him they are a fly by scammer company!

The project manager (Julian) was very professional, prompt, courteous and nice to work with.  He worked well with our Insurance Co. adjuster and we received approval to replace my entire roof due to the storm damage.  Once we received approval from insurance Co, we had the material delivered and the work performed within a week.  They promised the job would be completed in one day and they delivered.  All the scheduling promises made were kept and they even went above and beyond by cutting in a ridge vent in one section and performing the labor to install an attic fan as well (neither were there before).  The workers were respectful to our property, cleaned up properly and you had no idea that the work had been performed after they left (if it weren't for the awesome new roof they replaced)!
After the work was performed,a week later, I noticed a small issue with a vent pipe that was out of alignment.  Julian came himself to check it out, went on the roof and fixed the issue.
I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

We had originally contacted someone else to do the job but he rarely answered our calls and then would just show up. This happened a couple of times but we let it slide at first because it was a hectic time immediately following Sandy. But then he went almost 2 weeks without responding so we contacted Certified. They came right away and the estimate was lower than the orginal. We decided to go with Certified because of their response and lower cost. The original contractor showed up, unannounced at 6 pm Sunday night after 2 weeks, and we told him we went with someone else. Certified did an excellent job and were here on time. They cleaned up the area and took care not to damage the shrubs around the front of the house. I highly recommend them.

We are a 15 Unit Townhouse complex and needed to have the roof replaced on all 15 units. This included removal of the existing roof and replacement.
NJ Certified Roofing had a large crew and completed the job in 4 days.
They were professional and we are satisfied with the work they provided. They were also very neat and cleaned up well around the property and removed all debris.
I would highly recommend this contractor in the future.

NJ Certified Roofing was great. From the start, they were a professional company, with good customer service and people who answered questions in a timely, thoughtful manner. We got other estimates from a few local roofers, but I was put off by the lack of customer service and lack of professionalism.

We dealt with Victor Sanchez at NJ Certified Roofing throughout the process and he was excellent!! We were first time homebuyers feeling a little overwhelmed by all of the repairs we had to make and he explained our choices and what they were doing and why. We knew nothing about roofs and shingles and it would've been easy for NJ Certified Roofing to sell us on more expensive material and product, but they were honest about what we needed and the warranty they offered seemed solid.

We had a small issue with some small debris from the old roof spilling onto a neighbor's fence, but they cleaned it up and handled it in a prompt manner. We have dealt with several contractors and repair people in the almost year we've been in the house, and NJ Certified Roofing was by far the most professional, problem-free experience.

They did a good job.  It was excellent in terms of skill and customer service.  The staff was extremely professional on site.  They answered questions and kept me informed.  The follow up from the company was great as well.  The salesperson even wanted to come from another job to tarp our roof because there was rain coming.  And the salesperson provided various options according to pricing and the benefits of going with each option.

I contracted to completely replace 6 metal slats in the soffits of the 3rd floor dormers of my home. To my surprise, the workmen who came to do the work were not sure what they were supposed to do. Once that was clarified, they replaced the metal slats in 2 of the soffits and only repaired the other 4 with pieces of new metal. I called the company to request that the workmen return to complete the job for which they were contracted. The company responded immediately. When the workmen came back to review the job the main workman repeatedly tried to convince me that the job "looked okay" and was "good enough" even though it was not what I contracted the company to do, or what I paid for. After making it clear that either the company could reduce the price for the work or complete the work, the workman agreed to return the following day to do the job. A disappointing experience with a company I'd used before.

In response to his complaint, we have already been found by the Better Business Bureau to have made every reasonable attempt to satisfy this customer and they have closed the case. We have also invited him to have his attorney contact us because he is requesting additional work to be done that is not in his contract. We have an impeccable record of customer service and over 20 years of experience. Hopefully, most reasonable people can see that the member is a raving lunatic. He has harrased our employees for over 4 months and then asks us to give him an estimate for another roof job. Go figure! WE WISH HIM THE BEST."

The company that installed (flat) roof about five years ago went out of business. We luckily found NJCR who has serviced/repaired our roof and done some added work (re-roofing soffit and replacing downspouts that we did not do when we had roof replaced). They have also installed a system to reduce water pooling on our roof. They have backed up their work 100%, management is very responsive and their work appears to be quality. If things deteriorate, which I hear often happens with roofing companies when prior customers request service, I will update this review accordingly, but at this point, based on my experience, I Highly Recommend NJCR .

Horribly. Gave me a quote for the entitre job. Came and did 1/2 the roof. Roof continued to leak on the back side of the house. I called them. They told me the back side of the house was not included. When I provided them with the quote, they apologized and came back and "finished" the job. Immediately the roof continued to leak. 3 weeks worth of calls to the company and it's owner Chuck A without the courtesy of an return phone call. The total experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I would not reccommend these people to my worst enemy.
