I DID RETURN THE CALL.HAD NO REASON NOT TO CALL AND SCHEDULE A JOB THAT WAS SOLD ALREADY.(fyi,we get paid when we finish the job) MY OFFICE HAD ASKED THIS PERSON TO GIVE AN E MAIL ADDRESS FOR FASTER AND BETTER COMMUNICATION AND SHE DECLINED. I HAVE CONTACTED ANGIES AND ASK THEM TO PROVIDE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR COSTUMERS THAT PLACE AN ORDER. ITS A LOT EASIER THAT WAY. Most of my F's come from costumers that have not provided an email address to me as it becomes difficult for me to communicate with them for scheduling etc."

"The member had purchase a coupon online. I answered through AL initially. Costumer called the office but never set a date for service. I called twice from my cell phone trying to contact her to set up a date for service at no luck. Called her again on Sunday and she said she cancelled the service. Tried to explained her but for some reason she did not believe me and l don't feel good about it. Ready to do the service anytime if she changes her mind"

If you called the office asking for a quote on additional work you wanted to do l would have stopped by the same or the next day.The painters were instructed to work those 16 hours for whatever task you give them. If you gave them more tasks they did not have to leave at 4;30.they would have stayed to complete those 3 hours left.We can issue a refund for those 3 hours or we will give a discount if you call back for the other projects."
