I hired Bill to re-screen my patio door's screen door, and to reinstall the screen door when done. Bill did exactly what he said he would do, and he did it when he said he would do it. He picked up the screen door, replaced the screen; and then returned the door and reinstalled it. To me, that's service. Door looks great, too; and Bill didn't charge an arm-and-a-leg for his work. In talking to Bill over the phone, I immediately felt I was dealing with someone capable and honest; and that's a wonderful feeling when you're looking to hire someone and entrust them with the job you need done.
