We needed a complete new water treatment system...old one was over 30 yrs old....We didn't know who to get, so I went on Angie's List and because of the reviews, decided to use AQUA SOFT (Millstone Township)... and so happy we did.
They came to our house on the day & time they said they would be there - they didn't leave a mess for us to clean - they took away all the old tanks - answered all our questions, very professional & best of all - our water is GREAT!!!

We were selling our house and well water test failed. Testing company was more than willing to provide very expensive remediation. Pap we contacted Aqua soft instead. They worked with us to find a reasonable solution. We were on a very tight timeframe and they were very responsive and met our needs. Would highly recommend!

They were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process from estimate to install.  The estimator thought my well tank was fine but the installers found that it should be replaced.  They did not have the part with them but agreed to either install it if I could get one or come back for another service call.  My local plumbing supply had one and they installed it with no additional charge.  Easy to work with and I would easily use them again.

We have been using this company for several years to install high quality water treatment for iron and and bacteria prevention. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable, friendly and are not interested in just selling a product to make money. They have lots of experience and over time we have met many of their customers who are equally impressed and happy with their performance. No comparison to the others I have used in years past.  The actual workmanship is first-rate, along with the proper legal and safety concerns.

carl came out immediately on a Saturday, after testing the water and gave us an estimate. crew came out on Tuesday and did the hookup.  absolutely no issues.  great job.  I will go back.

They are professional and do a good job, but the type of work is expensive (it's the nature of the work).

Our water was pulsating when it came out of the faucets.  They told us that we needed a new water tank.  They removed our old tank and installed a new one.

I stopped by the office with a water sample and digital photos of my current water softener.  They saw that my space was limited and suggested a similar sized system.  They quoted $1,500 which blew away the price Culligan charged me 18 years ago when the system was first installed.
The only reason they didn't get an "A" for punctuality was because they got a flat.  The flat I can forgive, but they should have called to say they'd be late - I had to call them to find out about the flat.
They showed up and went right to work.  They removed the old system and carted it off.  They installed the new system, programmed it, and gave me instructions.  All very well done and professional.
And my water tastes better than ever.

Went well.  I saw Carl on a Tuesday to get an estimate for a new water system.  We had a problem with organic iron and a sulfur smell.  The old water system couldn't take care of the organic iron.  I also wanted to update the softener with the dual tank system.  Water quality is very important to me and I wanted the dual tank system  so I would always have clean, fresh softened water even when the tank has to back washed.  Carl called me that night with the estimate and the system was installed 2 days later.  Honestly, I am so happy with the new system.
