We are very satisfied with all planning and work done by PJ Sullivan Construction Company on our home. They exceeded our expectations and are very happy we went with them for our project.
Peter, the owner, provided all of the construction and cost details, professional suggestions and explanations that we needed to make informed decisions.
The project management and workmanship was excellent! The guys who worked on our home were very skilled (and VERY nice!) and we really appreciated the constant presence of the Project Manger, Dan, from start to finish.
We would definitely go back to PJ Sullivan for all our future home projects.
"[remove member name] was fully refunded the $50. design consultation fee even though we spent over 2 hrs with him. [remove member nmae] is a very nice guy that was genuinely interested in a proper job which we appreciate. Unfortunately, he lives in a town that was out of our service area. This was something we hoped was corrected with in our Angie's list profile. We did recommend another company in his local area. I am glad to hear he had a successful project."
"Members are very nice people. We were definitely unsettled when they gave us a bad check. The bank informed us funds were not available for over a week(we use the same bank). As it turns out, the job was delayed because the roofing company refused to work for them out of fear the Member's did not have the money to pay. In the end the work we billed and were paid for was 100% completed. They contracted separately for the copper roof which was deducted from our final bill."
"Never worked for them"
"Very nice guy and a pleasure to work for"
"We are very good at responding to client requests for information. We had no contact information or street address for this person. We scanned our phone records to find incoming phone numbers that might match after we saw a Angie's list review and name."
"We take client and customer service very seriously and are very responsive. This client had a very small project that was being handled by a handyman who was clearly over his head. Our intention was to provide assistance to the home owner or family nothing more. We did make a site visit at which time we were told they were not sure of the timing and budget and they were going to let me know how they were going to procede. We left several messages for the owner at the only number we had. We have never heard from the owner. We assumed they were no longer inerested in pursuing their project. We wished them the best of luck with their project"
