2. For goal #2: The team did not even come with proper tools/ladder for the job although I specifically mentioned that a long/tall ladder was needed (30ft +) due to the inspection location when I made the appointment . The team asked to come back the next day, but never came back (due to raining) and never made a cancellation call before the appointment. The appointment was rescheduled to the following Monday. When called to check appointment Monday morning, the company said the appointment was rescheduled to not this Monday, but the next Monday. The scheduling process and service was horrible and time wasting. I also took days off and stayed home for Horizon for both appointments. I have very bad experience working with this provider, and no respect for client's time.

Horizon did an excellent job fixing a problem from the last company, made sure the animals (squirrels) were gone from my attic and spent time to make sure all entrances were thoroughly sealed up.
The office manager Nicole, worked with me to find an opening to do the work and went a step above to help me.
The workers were polite, responsive and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again and highly recommend to others.
UPDATE: I WATCHED A SQUIRREL TRYING TO GET IT AND IT COULD NOT. HA!
Several weeks later, we found more ants, so they came out and did another treatment. There was no additional charge for the extra visit.
The yearly contract details were clearly explained and defined. The individual that came to do the treatment was very knowledgeable and supportive.
Great care was taken because there are pets in the house. I have confidence that they will resolve the ant issue no matter how many times/visits it takes.
