Horizon Pest Control

My experience with having bedbugs was terrible, and I’m really happy that they were able to help. They did a very good job. They sprayed thoroughly on two separate occasions, and gave me clear directions to follow. The bedbugs have been eliminated from my home entirely, and I would recommend Horizon to others.

I think they are better than most pest control services I’ve used. However, I think they may have missed my last quarterly appointment.

I’ve been very pleased with their service. We’ve used them for several years and will continue to do so going forward.

There’s nothing I don’t like about them. They are excellent!

We had baby squirrels using our eves as a playground.
They came by, on time and were very helpful evaluating the situation, and our DIY solution.

Representative stopped by on Thursday and we spoke about what was required. Representative was very knowledgeable and professional. Made several attempts to service me as soon as possible. I was serviced the next day. When services was provided traps were placed all over the home. Once again service was very professional. Although we caught a mouse using my own glue traps, I felt the money is well spent simply for the piece of mind.

They inspected the house and recommended actions that helped us resolve the rodent issue. They set up the initial meeting and followed up with several follow up sessions to help us constantly monitor and control the issue. I am very satisfied with their services.

That has turned out very well.  They came and did their job. They left info on what they had done during the time that they did service. Every quarter they would speak to us directly about what they were doing. If they were putting things in places where I wanted to do plantings they would oblige me, regroup and do things differently. They were pleasant to work with. They responded quickly  and offered options.

I am very happy with their service. They are successful. I have been using them for ten to fifteen years. I have been very happy.

It is good. I have the quarterly service. They come every three months. They have come back if I have any problems like mice in the attic. One time I had bees and they came right away. They also put booties on before they come in the house which is nice.

It has turend out fine. They respond very quickly. They always send out someone who is well trained and who knows what they have t o do. To me that is important beause I don’t want to wats my time or money. We have used them for close to 20 years. We have always been evry satisfied. After 4 tries they couldn't solve an ant problem. Initially follow up was spotty but after the manager became aware of how serious the problem was with their service and the poor results, I must say they were very professional and honored their commitment to please their customers - although they were not obligated they were very fair and refunded the balance of our annual plan expense.  We parted ways but after that I would give them another chance in the future

They are professional. They really came and offered what I wanted and they did not try to sell me anything else. That was good. They came on time. I would consider them in the future.

I picked up a year's service contract. It's a quarterly service. I had them come in to give an estimate on getting rid of the two pests. It turned out that treating for the two of them separately once was 50% more expensive than getting a year's contract. I paid $534 for a year with the initial treatment plus 3 follow up visits on a quarterly basis. They were excellent. They took care of the problem. I haven't seen any reoccurrence. I needed to take care of the problem before I could fix a part of the damaged area that the ants in particular had come in to. I'm yet to see any evidence that there's been a return. They have been very conscientious overall. I had a brief visit in the middle of the winter. They were very helpful and they put down extra traps. They actually identified the creature. They helped me identifying where they might have been coming in from. They really went above and beyond to have everything I expected. They were quite thorough in their work. I had several companies come in and theirs was the best price for the value that I got. Nothing was ever, we'll be back with something. It was like we'll do it right now. Every time they told me they'll be here, they were here. In one case they actually beat me back to the house. They showed up earlier than I expected to so I wasn't able to get to speak with someone directly. I'm definitely intending to renew the contract end of the year.

They are local. They came and explained everything and offered some other solutions; we had called them for one reason, but they found out that we had another issue. The people that came out were very personable and friendly, and spoke English. They did their job when they said they would. The price was what I had expected it to be. I would rate them highly. It is an all-year service, so they will keep coming back; they are actually coming back tomorrow for a followup.

Horizon was very professional and courteous. They took the time to put booties over their shoes when entering the house and removing the booties whenever they went back outside or into the garage or attic spaces. The exterminator was very courteous and answered all my questions. He even went out of his way to take a picture of the opening in the attic for me using his cell phone so I could see it and then trudged through a lot of snow to get to the outside pipe and close it for me. Horizon will be back in 2 weeks to check on the poison traps and mouse traps.

Horizon Pest Control did what we asked them to do. They gave us the information we needed. They were very informative and patient about the chemicals they were using. We have children and we were worried about the chemicals and what was safe. They did a good job.

Saw mouse one morning in my kitchen....since I used this company once before and was satisfied I called again..received early appt received treatment within few days...Workers were very professional and answered all my questions and explained what was being done.Follow up visit 2 weeks later was again done efficiently...I haven't seen any rodents even though I was told I did have some activity...

Perfect. The consultant did a thorough inspection of the house on the outside and inside the basement. He answered all of my questions and was extremely patient with me. He told me that all of the service technicians have been certified in pest control management unlike some firms; whereby, the owner is licensed but not his employees. The products that were used are environmental and animal friendly. The technician was professional and courteous just like the consultant. The company was kind enough to rearrange our scheduled time on the day of appointment because we had to see a doctor at the last minute.

They are very effective. They blanketed the place. We got several quotes. They have a certain liquid they use, and they used a ton. It was about twice what most would have used. I haven't seen an ant around at all since.

Everything went well. They were very friendly and very thorough.
