The installation of all aspects of the work went on schedule and was professionally done.  Great White made sure that no mess was left behind and that all furniture and flooring was covered at all times.

Very happy with the work they did and the speed with which they got the a/c working again.

I called Great White to check the heat at my parents house.  The pipes were banging very loudly when the heat would come on. I called first thing in the morning and they were there that afternoon.  Flushed out the pipes and regulated the thermostats.  Always reliable and efficient. 

They are great.  I have used them to fix the air conditioning.  They are fair, honest, and clean.  They are a great company.  They respond very quickly.  They are there when they say they will be there.  They are very personable.  They explain everything and give you a little education if you want one.

Dylan is a really good guy.  He has done a couple of jobs for me now.  He shows up and returns phone calls. He is very personable, as well.

They came to my house and provided an estimate for all the units and labor. Dylan was very professional and helpful. Not at all pushy. The final cost of the work was exactly as estimated. The job was delayed a few weeks due to availability of the units but once they arrived the work was completed promptly. In the house they were very careful not to create a mess and did a clean job. I wasn't crazy about how they ran the conduit on my roof. It's a bit of an eyesore. Dylan explained that its necessary to minimize contact between the roof and the conduit to reduce heat transfer from roof to the tubing. Makes sense but I still think they could have made it look neater.In any case, I'm very happy with the units and the work. Hopefully Great White will be reliable and responsive if I have any problems. I have no reason to believe that won't be the case.

Fantastic service.  Resolved previous issues and installed new service.  Up front and accurate with estimates and timing.  All in all the only vendor we worked with on your construction project that I can say that about.

They are in the process of doing it. My house is under construction, so they do have to come back when I get more of my ceilings up. They did a good job. I would highly recommend them. They are very hard working. They are very upfront and professional. They are very clean. They have really done a great job. They came in and said what they were going to do. I had some problem in my air conditioning in my old house. He was the only guy who sought as having a great attitude towards ways of getting it done. I am happy with him.

Their workmanship and their service were outstanding. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. They performed the work in a very neat and orderly fashion. They were on time, on budget and cleaned up afterwards. They had the best price of all of the contractors that I got bids from. I would hire them again in a minute.

We were getting tired of window A/C units for a while. We had a few contractors come in for estimates and suggestions, there were a few that said the work couldn't be done (because the house was so old and the way it was built), as for the contractors that were willing to do the job - their estimates were too high for our budget. A friend had referred us to Great White Mechanical, we set up an appointment for an estimate and once we received the quote we went with them immediately. The workers were on time, worked full days until the job was done. They were very respectful, careful and meticulous with the work that was completed. Once work was completed we signed a service contract with the company, because we were so pleased with the work that was done.
