Arrived on time (which I love), did a thorough inspection and although nothing was found he suggested methods I could use to deter the rodents from coming back in the future. Would use this company again in a heart  beat if I ever had another pest problem.

It's alright.  It's not very good but it's not bad either.  I would give them average.  They had some delay issues with them.  They are okay.  It was a years worth of service.  They would push our appointments back sometimes but when they were here it was good.  In the beginning they were good but the later visits were when the timing was off.  I don't really feel that is a good deal at $299.  I would tell a friend they are not standing out but they are average.

We kept hearing mice walking around in our attic, so we brought in Protec. He set mouse traps in the garage, basement, and attic. He plugged in holes/cracks where the mice might be getting in. He explained where we could make home improvements to ensure that mice don't get in from the outside. He came back a week later to see if we were having any additional issues. In retrospect, we could have set our own traps and done some of the same things on our own, but we didn't think about it. No disrespect to the company, we just like to done our own work if we can. In the future, we will do it ourselves.

After a week of trying to get rid of springtails with store bought products my wife convinced me to call someone to come and spray.  At first I was like who should I call since you hear good and bad things about having chemicals sprayed.  I saw a protex truck in front of me one morning and decided to look them up on angies list.  After reading all the great reviews and them promising that the chemicals would be safe I decided to use them.  Within that week they came and sprayed.  I am a little disappointed that I still have a few left but they said it takes a little time for them to all go away and would give a 60 day warranty.  This should not be taken as an insult since if I hired any other company it would probably be the same issue and no other company would give a 60 day warranty.
If I have other issues in the future, I would definately consider this company and would recommend them to others.  There was no sales person involved on the phone trying to push me to spend $400-$600 on an annual treatment contract when this is the first time we noticed the bugs after being in the house for almost 4 years.  They also respond to all messages very quickly.

The technician was better than on-time, he was early, and had reviewed the outside of the house by the time I arrived.  He was courteous, professional, and helpful.  Did a thorough job and told us some things we didn't know about the house! - some simple repairs that we didn't even know we needed, to protect from insect invasions (and have since had done).
A very positive experience. We definitely will use them again.

I bought this offer because this company is great, very friendly, and extremely professional. One of the employees, Blake, sprayed my home last and this year. He is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He answered ALL my questions and was very insightful on many great tips for my home. I highly recommend this company!

The person who performed the service was very professional and clean.  He gave suggestions about things I could do to prevent problems, but also fixed any problem areas he saw.

They did a good job applying traps and providing follow a visit!

Great job, he mentioned that if the problem was not solved that he will come back a second time but there was no need.

The mouse treatments went very well.  I did contact the company about a separate issue I was having with ladybugs, but they were not very responsive and were focused on completing the mouse service that I had paid for.

They did a great job. They went around and set traps. They didn't catch anything. They set the traps and then came back for the follow-up, to check the traps. They were very professional.

Blake arrived on time and performed an internal inspection with my husband. He placed traps in all of the areas he had inspected. Due to the weather an external inspection was scheduled for a later date. on his return visit we found that the initial traps caught 1 mouse and the remaining traps are still in place. Also on this visit he applied spray foam to the areas of our foundation that were visible and potential points of entry. Blake will return to check the traps again and inspect the foundation underneath the back deck. We are completely satisfied with the service we received and the price was extremely fair.

Mr. Coleman arrived promptly, listened to homeowner's complaints re: ants. Looked at the specimen ant collected by homeowner.  He explained what he planned to use, its effectiveness  against this type of ant, at this time of year.  Also considered homeowner's concerns re: toxicity.  Went about dispensing the gel solution in certain areas.  Advised homeowner what to expect, how ants would respond to the gel, and to call back in 2 weeks to report results.  Happy to report the ant problem resolved!  If there is any reoccurrence I would definitely call upon Mr. Coleman's company again.

He did good.  Pretty quick to organize.  He was awesome.  The services are pretty good. 

It turned out good. They came out on time. They only had to do two service calls, one initial evaluation and one for the checkup. We have had no problems since. They were good. They were able to come out about four days after I called and made the appointment, and it was pretty quick.
