"Every person employed by Hortensia’s cleaning service has at least 6 years of experience and is well training in this company. The homeowner purchased a package for 2 hours of cleaning service @ 159.00. However, the amount of work the homeowner expected was more than normal or possible with two hours. The homeowner required the women to move furniture and two King size mattresses from her second floor to the first floor of her house. The homeowner also wanted the women to remove and stack firewood from her living room to the outside yard. This is not customary when cleaning a house however, the women did everything the homeowner required out of professionalism. In addition to moving furniture, they cleaned her windows inside and out for both floors of her house, three full baths, kitchen, kitchen cabinets inside and outside, vacuum and mop the floors. In reference to the appointment date, the homeowner and owner were in agreement to change the date of the appointment. In addition, the homeowner was given an extra hour free of charge for being a member of Angie’s List. After speaking, the customer seemed satisfied. The owner is very sorry if she wasn’t satisfied. Furthermore, the only supply used by the women was 1 extra roll of paper towels to finish cleaning the windows because Hortensia’s cleaning service carries all their own supplies required for cleaning. The homeowner may be referring to not having supplies because she wanted a stain removed from her carpet. Hortensia’s cleaning service does that as long as the homeowner provides the supply. Carpet cleaning and shampoo is an additional change and was not part of her package."
