I felt in the time alotted that more should have been cleaned than what was.

Two people came. They arrived on time, were very professional and personable, brought all necessary cleaning tools with them, went about cleaning quickly, asked us to survey the results to be sure we were satisfied. I had not been able to clean at all for several weeks due to surgery; they left the rooms shining clean.

Called to schedule an appointment and was given a time the following day, that time came and went and no one showed up. I had to reach out to find out where the cleaners were and was told they were delayed from an earlier job but they would come. Another hour went by and no one showed up, at this point I had to call and cancel because I had been home waiting and needed to go out and get things done. I rescheduled for the following week and made sure I was the first appointment of the day. They arrived on time and began cleaning right away, after two hours of non stop cleaning the basement smelled and look great. I am happy with the service they provided.

They're an average cleaning service. They're all professional but for the most part they're just average. They're adequate at what they do for the cost and they accommodate my weekend schedule which is the most important. That's why they're still in service.

Not as I expected. But maybe I will give them one more try in the future. p.s. overall, there were only communication issues. Work wise, they haven't provided any services yet; that is why I say I may give them a chance in the future.

It went very well. The two ladies started working immediately. The gentleman was informative about the service they provide and worked along with them. They all were thorough, pleasant and professional. I thought the price was a little high but I've never used a cleaning service before,so I'm not aware of prices. I have not chosen to share on Band of Neighbors. The box is pre_checked and I can't delete it.

They were really good. They did housecleaning for us. The kitchen, living room, dining room and a hallway upstairs. They did vacuuming, dusting and wiping down. It was really dirty and they had a real challenge. For an example we had a chandelier with gloss globes over fake candles and the chandelier was glowing after they took the time to clean it. Three cleaners came out and they brought their own cleaning supplies. They were amazing!

The crew of 3 cleaned our entire home (bathrooms, closets, vacuuming, mopping) before we moved into it. They did a great job getting the place ready. They were quick to respond, and punctual. We would use them again.

It worked out fine! I started having them come twice a month after the Big Deal. For my regular service, I was under the impression that they would send 2 individuals for 2 hours. This last time, one of the girls left early because she was called to another job. I called them and they said it was because of an emergency. I said I wouldn't pay full price so they took $20 off. I felt so bad for the other girl that I gave her a $10 tip. Otherwise, everything is fine! They are cheerful and nice. The quality varies depending on the girls they send out though. They always come late, but I've found this to be true of all cleaning service providers. The price is $120 for every two weeks.

Wonderful. It was a very big job - There was a lot to do, and they did a beautiful job including shampooing carpets. We are all thrilled with the work and will be using them again on a regular basis

I scheduled an appointment for a first time cleaning about a week ago. They did not show up or even call to cancel. There was no answer when we called them either.

The services's office team contacted me immediately upon placement of the Angie's List request and accommodated my schedule request. They arrived within the agreed upon timeframe and did a thorough houselcleaning using their own supplies and equipment and did an excellent job.

I use them regularly. If you are going to commit to them, like I do, every 3 weeks, then they take their regular price, and discount it rather substantially, and you are basically committing to using them every 3 week. If you do that, it turns out to be a better deal than the Angie's List. I have recommended them to other people, who love them too. They know me well, and they work around my schedule which is pretty unpredictable. Their quality of work is excellent, their speed is excellent, they are friendly, and if there is any problem like I notice if they haven't vacuumed under the couch, they don't say they will charge extra, they just get onto it, and do it. It is like having friends coming over to clean. I pay for 2 hours, but sometimes they stay longer. They don't make you sign a contract, and they know that I foster animals. They like the animals, and I think it is unique that they realize that they are helping me help the animals. I am more likely to use them regularly because they don't make me sign a contract. The price is very reasonable if you consider the quality of the job. They tailor my request when I tell them not to go into a room, because there is an animal in there is scared of people. Some of the people speak English, and some don't speak any English, and I speak fluent Spanish, so that is good.

They were awesome. They were here on time, their prices were reasonable, and they helped us move some stuff. They gave us a deal to have them come back a couple of more times at a reduced rate. I thought that they did a fantastic job. Their rates were very reasonable.

No need of service but communication with service provider was prompt.

They have been great! They send a few crew members for each cleaning and they provide their own supplies. They have good customer service. We now use them on a monthly basis and they have been great!

Because the apt. was small, they gave me a credit to a future service? I was so surprised as I didn't ask for it. They were thorough, careful and attentive to details. All was sparkling when they were finished.

Went great except for the following: My wife was on prenatal bed rest and our appointment time was set to best support her needs. they arrived a full hour earlier than anticipated, causing some disruption Wife also very sensitive to strong cleaning product smells and the heavy use of Simple Green caused her to have headaches for the next 2 days Otherwise, very friendly hardworking people.

A crew of three arrived right on schedule and got straight to work. I had to run back to the office and asked them to call me just before they were finished. Two hours later I returned to an immaculately scrubbed house. The staff was very polite. They did a great job. Thank you!

They showed up on time, did everything we asked them to do and even worked around the pets!

I was extremely pleased with every aspect of the cleaning. Veronica and Marisol came in and got right to work immediately going upstairs to the bedrooms. I assume they each took 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (the bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms). They did a very deep and thorough job and the surfaces were spotless after they werre finished. The bathrooms and the kitchen looked fantastic and the floors not only looked clean but felt clean. The one criticism I have is the fact that after the first hour, they came and informed me that they would not be able to complete the job and asked if I would want to purchase an additional hour for $100. They also told me that to clean the fridge it would be $20 extra but I thought this was included. I was a little surpirsed but I wanted them to take their time so I opted for the extra hour. I believe they even stayed at least 30 minutes beyond that which was lovely. Overall, I definitely plan on using this service on a biweekly basis and I look forward to working with them again.

They were quick, worked hard, and did a pretty good job. Overall, a good value. Not sure if I'd use them without the special offer they had. Their prices are a little steep for me to use with any regularity.

The notion was that they could do the size of the house in six hours but they really couldn't. I also had to point out a lot of things but maybe they'd be more familiar with the areas if I used their services more than once. The cleaning company that my neighbor uses is a lot cheaper so they were the ones I ended up using recently.

The cleaners arrived promptly and 3 cleaners spend about 6 hours on site. They did a great job and mopped the floor at least 4-5 times to clean out the dust. I am happy with their work.

I scheduled a cleaning for Friday, Sept 13 for a housewarming party the next day. I was quoted a price for 2 people, 3 hour cleaning at $150 which seemed reasonable. I was told they would come between 3 and 4 pm. They were not here even at 5 pm. Apparently they were running late and nobody bothered to inform until I called them to see what was going on. Since they weren't here even at 5:30, I called and scheduled the cleaning for next day and was told they will come between 10am - 12 noon. They did not show up until 1:30 pm. There was hardly any time left for them to do a 3 hour cleaning since I had guests coming in at 5pm. They did an okay job with the cleaning, I had trouble communicating with them since one of the girls did not understand or speak English at all, the other one was just a tad better in this regard. I wish they came on time and did a more thorough cleaning. Won't recommend them at all.
