Arrived on time. Gave a full description of what was required, making sure I understood reasons, etc. Very professional. Faucet was leaking outside and was now starting to freeze over. Cut-off valve on the inside of the house was also starting to drip. Replaced both in around 45 minutes, start to finish. Very pleased with the work would use again. Could not get an initial estimate over the phone but found that this seemed to be the norm with plumbing.

First attempt was to enter the drain thru a clean out plug in basement, but the plug was frozen shut so the work was done going through the plug just below the kitchen sink. The heavy duty 'snake' went thru at least three, 90 degree bends all the way to the sewer outlet. This job could not be done with a hand held 'snake'.

We thought that they were fairly reliable. We did have to wait a little bit for them to get to our job but we understand when a company is busy. They did not leave any mess for me to clean up.

The plumber's office made an appointment at our convenience. His office called the day of repairs with a precise estimate of the time the plumber would show up, and he showed up right on time. He corrected the problem with a low cost solution. He noticed that the plate covering the water controls was not sealing well, and added a seal. He also suggested that we do some caulking.

THE CHARGE IS $80 PER VISIT PLUS THE COST OF ANY PARTS THEY NEED. MY EXPERIENCES WITH THEM HAVE ALL BEEN POSITIVE. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL. THEY ARE VERY HARD WORKERS.
