They broke the wall in 2 places before they actually found the leak. After they broke the ceiling in the wrong place and cut through my heating duct, the workers called the owner John Burton to ascertain the price and sight unseen he quoted over a thousand dollars for work that he had not inspected. I was left with two large holes in my ceiling and a broken duct that I had to fix at my expense then he has the gall to rudely justify his outrageous price. Total cost to call Burton Plumbing, $1590.00 for a leak!
The company is horrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

The job done by them was okay. I don't think that they were quite professional in their feedback. They did de-winterize our house. I am in the house and they said few things about the plumbing that was done in the house even though it was not in their contract. They had told us that we would probably not get a permit on the plumbing work that they were talking about. They sounded pretty confident, but we ended up getting a permit on it. It gave me a little heartache until I got the permit on it. I just thought that they were not professional about what they had come to do. The price was okay and their quality was good.

It was very dissappointing! John didn't ask me about the warantee on the faucet he just ordered the parts and after almost a week he finally brought the parts to my home and installed them. When I saw the bill I was shocked and I called my manufacturer who told me that my grohe faucets have a lifetime warantee. The grohe representative even told me that they could ship the new parts to me for free and I could give them to John Burton and get a refund. This would have saved me $110., But John not only refused to consider this suggestion, he was rude and insulting about it. He acted as if I was trying to steal from him and he thought it ridiculous that I would expect him to remind me about warantees for parts - something that my good service providers always do. Then he called me back several times to rudely repeat himself and make a fuss about getting paid. I wonder what happened to John Burton. He had been my plumber for almost 10 years and in the past he has always been prompt and polite. He has just lost a good customer; I must have paid him thousands over the years. I will never use him again.

Certain things they did were fine, but they have no experience with the fire place.

Plumber arrived on time, called prior to coming. Unfortunately I didnt not hear the bell and had him waiting for 1 hour. Suprisingly he was still there and wasnt upset. Overall satisified and will use them again.

Called in the morning to get an appointment for them to come person we spoke to, said they would call back. They showed up 1 hour later to replace the pipe.

We’ve been working with them for awhile because we know the owner and he usually comes by the look at the house.

They did an excellent work and cleaned everything very well after the work. I have been using them for probably ten or twelve years and the experiences have been very good.

It is a family run business and they are very reliable. The only problem I've ever had is to get them to send me the bill. They are very nice people. Maurice Burton is the owner and he is quite knowledgeable. Some of the plumbers that work for him are better than others. We've used them for years. His price is always reasonable. He came out before because of roots growing in the sewer and they fixed that. He also takes care of my boiler. Once we had a pipe burst in our downstairs bathroom and my husband called him at 6 am and he came to turn the water off right away.

All their jobs for me have been done in a thorough and professional way.

He is a local company, which I like. He is also available when I need him to do work for me. He is very dependable and that says a lot. He does good quality work and gets the job done like he says is going to.

I called at 9 a.m. and she said they'd be here between 10 and 11, then called back to correct that to 11:30. He was here and gone in 15 minutes or so, leaving the toilet flushing once again and no mess.

I GOT THIS COMPANIES NAME FROM THE YELLOW PAGES BUT I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE. THIS IS A SMALL TOWN SO EVERYBODY DOES A GOOD JOB OR THEY WOULD NOT HAVE A JOB. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT IT WAS AN EMERGENCY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE VERY QUICK AND VERY PROFESSIONAL IN GETTING THE JOB DONE FAST AND DONE REALLY NICELY.
