I was very pleased with how all the work was done. The crew came right at the time they said they would. They worked very efficiently , very quickly and very hard. They were all very friendly. And a real plus was that they cleaned up some fallen tree debris that I did not think was included in the estimate. And then they blew clean all the chips and sawdust from the driveway with a backpack blower. If I need additional tree removal work done in the future, I will certainly use these guys again. I would rate every aspect of their work A-PLUS.

Excellent service all around. Very professional and pleasant to work with.

They came to our house and did an estimate the day after we called and their price was also very reasonably, lowest in the quotes we received.  They removed four big trees from my yard.  Two oak trees by the power lines and two pine trees leaning on my fence.  The workers arrived very early (7 am) and worked fast.  They chipped all the small branches, ground the stumps and cleaned up nicely.

Excellent job. Price was reasonable. One crew cut the trees down another picked up. The cutting crew was excellent dropping the tree without touching my wooden fence. The cleanup crew chipped everything, raked and used a blower to clean the yard and street. Will use them again.

I called for a price on a Monday and the job was completed by Thursday they were on time and cleaned up very satisfied

I referred JRS to my daughter, they had done work for me in the past and I was very satisfied. She called for an estimate on Monday March 24th and was told she didn't have to be home, she works from home so is home at least 95% of the time. They said someone would be out by the end of the week and would leave an estimate in the mailbox. She gave them through yesterday April 1st. and still no one came by. She called them this morning and the woman was surprised and was hunting and hunting through the paperwork looking for the estimate after 10 minutes my daughter said forget it.
I referred them because of the previous work but that was years ago I had used them so I checked here and because of the rating I thought they were still good. I guess if you can get them out for an estimate they are good but you can't hire someone if they don't even come out for an estimate first.

I asked the office to have the estimator call before coming over to review the job together. No call, no knock on the door, estimate left in mailbox.
Estimate provided for removing the three dead sasafras trees and stumps.
One tree was removed and cut to the within inches of the ground. The trees others left 3-4 foot high trunks. At the end of the job the foreman said that the trunks could not be cut any further because of an old chicken wire fence running behind them. This issue ought to have been identified but was not prior to the start of the job.
I am dissatisfied because my expectations were not met. I have tall trunks left along the properly line where I expected no remains and had intended to plant new trees.
I emailed the owner photos of the trunks and requested that he call me to discuss. He called once when I was not at home, stated he would call back again, but he did not.

They were very efficient. They were prompt and stuck to their word.

I only took an estimate. It was a good estimate, but I chose someone else at the same price who was more local. Otherwise I would have used this contractor.

When I called on Monday to arrange for estimate, office scheduled it for between 11 and 1 on Tuesday.  At 11:30 on Tuesday, someone arrived to do estimate.  I showed him what needed to be done, and he said they could handle it in the next day or two.  A crew arrived at 4:45pm on Wednesday,  worked quickly and efficiently, and were completely done in about a half an hour.  They did a great job, for a reasonable price, and I will certainly call them again.

Dealing with the office was confusing, because they did not call me back.

They did come out. They did the work for a reasonable price. I was completely satisfied with the job.

This is third time I used JRS service. They were on time .Went right to work and finished in few hour's.



They cleaned all up. Price was very reasonable. I will use them again if situation accur's.
