Technician showed up on time, very friendly. He brought a variety of cleaning supplies, buckets etc. He did NOT bring a tarp to put underneath the BBQ as the person on the phone said he would. He did shop vac as much as he could off the patio when he was done but I still had to wash the patio anyway. The tech scrubbed the BBQ from top to bottom, inside and out. He soaked the grills in a tub then proceeded to scrub them with Brillo. Overall the tech did a reasonable job cleaning but here's the thing. When he was done it did NOT look like the AFTER pictures featured in their ad. Essentially he did the same job I do. As a matter of fact because he was in a rush to make his next appointment he missed a few obvious spots which my wife finished up on. If you are too busy (or lazy) to clean your own grill then the service is great. If you expect it to look like their after pictures on their ad you will be disappointed as I was.
