Dave came out quickly for an estimate; he was the most professional that we had met and gave us a good price. He worked with our busy schedule and came by at the end of the day and stayed until the job was done and for the price that he quoted. He is a gem that we will sure to keep for future work.

I was so impressed with Dave. I received an immediate phone call, we scheduled the work to be done with a day, he arrived at the agreed upon time, he patiently answered all of my questions (and I had alot!) and explained each item, and he performed the work as promised and for the discussed price. He was very professional on top of all that. As a result, I am switching to him for my annual maintenance, and will, of course, use him for any future repairs or installations. What a pleasant experience!

The service was good. Hoever the cost to fix a capacitor was pretty pricy. I feel that it is important to provide the consumer with an itemized bill of exactly what service he/she is paying for.

I was so pleased with DPM, Dave came in and explained the problems I had and my options by guiding me through the decision process. DPM gave me a great price on the new unitsand they were both timely and polite. The new footprint of my heater and AC unit are much smaller plus my energy bills are lower too thanks to DPM.

D.P.M. was great. Dave was very professional from start to finish. He returned my initial service request within one minute. He was out to our house within 20 minutes of his call back. He diagnosed the problem in a timely manor, called his supply company for the part, picked it up and had our A/C up and running in no time. I would highly recommend D.P.M.

The heater in my rental unit broke down last Tues. I called up Dave Wed afternoon and he agreed to check the unit out that night. I had an appointment with him at 8 pm and he came right on time. He looked at the unit, identified the problem and fixed it rigt away. He also recommended some useful maintenance tips. He is great, honest and, in my opinion, charged reasonably! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
