Overall we were very happy with them. They did a good job and they were on time. There were no surprises, they were in and out pretty quick. They moved everything back when they were done.

I used them before for a dining room area rug and got a great deal. This time I ended up finding the same carpet elsewhere for less. I still liked their selection and the company. I will use them again at some point I am sure just not for this job.

They didn't finish the job in one day as stated. They came back the next day 4 1/2 hours later then they promised. The carpet seam clearly showed where they pieced it together in the living room, T.V. room, and l bedroom. The steps were not turned, but just stapled, 2 closets didn't have the pad under the carpet. I called the installation manager at the store the next morning and he would not come out. He said just sweep it for 2 weeks and it would be OK. Finally he said he would be out, and he never showed. I called Karastan factory. Finally I went to the store and confronted store Manager, and installation Manager. They both came out to my house and told me they would replace all the carpet downstairs. I had to wait because they had to order a new dye lot. It took from Dec. to March to get my carpet fixed. They have beautiful carpet, but I would recommend you hire your own installer to put it in.
