Danny the Mason came out to see my front porch, assess the damage for the purposes of quoting the work required. He said he would follow up early the next week. I did not get any calls from him, and followed up with a phone call one week later to ask for an update on the quote. I never heard back from Danny even after my follow-up phone call.

Danny came, provided an estimate on the spot, which we agreed upon and shook hands on.
He let me know that he was about 2 weeks out due to how busy he was and that he would let me know when he could be back to start the work. He never showed up and never bothered to come out.

I thought in the end he was very artistic in the work that he did. He had to put some stone on an existing brick surface of the fireplace and use his own judgement on how to do that. We very much enjoy the final product. He was very polite and professional throughout.
