Description of Work: My central air cond. unit broke. We called them and scheduled them for Tues. They came on time and said our motor broke, they will order the part and return to complete the repair. They returned on Thurs. and finished the job. Bottom Line: Professional, punctual, quick service, smooth transaction. I am not sure if the price was reasonable, as I did not shop around. I would use them again.

Andy responded quickly to my request, schedule an appointment quickly, made suggestions about various issues in the townhouse and various types of replacement equipment we might use. He listened to our issues with the current system, and addressed each one with confidence, in language we could understand. He outlined the process, who needed to do what, and when they would be able to complete the job. Everything was done to specification, on schedule, with no surprises. Well, maybe the biggest surprise was that the price that TES quoted was the best of several other quotes I had received and they also inspired the most confidence and peace of mind. So, I guess that's a good surprise. ;-)

+ -1 moreMy air conditioning was completely out. Unfortunately, they got back to me too late. I wish I would have seen their estimate before though, because it was very direct and to the point. He also put in a 10 year parts and labor warranty. One down side to going with this company would have been that I would have had to have gotten permits from the city myself. That may have been worth it, but I can't say, I don't know how difficult those are to get. He was very professional.
Description of Work: I called them because they are local. I received an estimate from them to replace my whole heating and air conditioning system.
