Was very responsive to my initial call. Quoted an extremely reasonable price. Subsequently set a work date. Was there on time and the work, old material removal and cleanup was done very professionally. Could'nt be more pleased.

Perfect! Called at the beginning of the month and had an appointment less than two weeks later. The 3-man crew showed up on time and walked around with me to go over the details of the installation. They worked quickly and efficiently and were complete in less than 2 hours. They cleaned up all of the debris and were professional and courteous at all times. I would absolutely recommend Hart 2 Hart and will use them again if necessary.

The workers came on time and I was so thankful they did it today because I only called yesterday, Reponded fast and even though they had a lot more jobs to do, they made it a point to do mine because mine were blown off from Storm. I appreciate that. They did an Excellent job and would recommend them to all! Very happy with finished job.

Hart 2 Hart Seamless Gutters came when they were supposed to come. They did a great job and we are very happy with them. They went up on the roof and blew the leaves off. They cleaned everything nice. They cleaned up after themselves. They repaired one of the broken leaders for the gutter. They did basically what my husband asked them to do. They were very reasonable and they were fine, they were great.

The owner arrived within a day of having been called. The storm and its damage occurred on Oct 29-30, 2012. After the tree which had crashed into the front of my home was removed by 'Arbor' of Jackson, NJ,..another outstanding organization, it was time to repair the gutter. Mr. Ron Hart arrived the day after I called for an estimate. Ron was congenial and went directly to the problem even before I was able to get outside and introduce myself. His estimate was reasonable and I engaged his services. As stated above, his workers were prompt, courteous and efficient in their work.

On 7/13/2012 i was having 2 services going on at the same time. my gutters were being fixed/capped/added drains/ and re-pitched and at the same time i had a second crew working on a crawl space issue. i requested that Hart 2 Hart gutter guys start in a particular area so that area would be finished and then the area would be open for the crawl space crew to use without getting in each other's way. the 2 crews worked really well around each other. if this was school they would have gotten an A+ in "works well with others."
The job extended through the day a little longer than the crew anticipated. When my original contractor remodeled my home in 2004-2005, he left me with some really shotty work. Hart 2 Hart was made aware of some roofing problems that may have interfered with the gutter caps. they did their best. The job was done and i was super pleased that they added from the second story gutters extenders that guided the water directly into my lower level gutters. we didn't talk about adding the tie-in. the crew also found a roofing shingle to be missing from my ridge on the second story. they are not roofers but offered to patch the area if i had any extra shingles. i did, and they did the best they could. furthermore, i wasn't charged extra for any of it. but this story goes on...
The following week we had a really hard rain. i noticed that some water was getting between the gutters and the house. i immediately called Ron and explained to him what was happening. within 2 hours in the pouring rain the crew was at the house to address the problem. as stated earlier, this is the direct result of some shotty work done by my original contractor. the Hart 2 Hart crew fixed the problem but also alerted me to other roofing problems that could only be seen during a decent rain. like most people, i'm not out in the rain checking out my roof and how it's holding up. i'm inside oblivious to the problems. they suggested i call a roofer.
after i set a date up with the roofer, the roofer assured me that he could get the job done (a complete new roof) without having the gutter caps removed. after all the problems i've encountered, i thought it would be best to remove the caps to give the roofers full access. I spoke to Ron at Hart 2 Hart and explained that i wanted the caps removed. He too assured me that the roofers could do their job without removing them, but i felt the same that full access would be better. of course, nothing comes for free and i knew this. we agreed to $300 to remove the caps and then another $300 to reapply the caps.
as agreed, the crew was here the day before the roofing project to remove the caps.
and they will be back next week to reapply the caps. in the mean time my mom had some roofing needs that then led to needing new gutters. i was really happy with the products and customer service and recommended them to my mom. when i spoke to Ron about this he also gave me a price break on re-applying the caps from $300 to $200.
Ron came out and evaluated her needs. assessed the fact that there are just a few trees around the edge of her property and recommended a different capping product from mine saving her somewhere around $700 at the very least. Her job is complete and she too is very pleased. my in-laws have also asked me about who i would recommend for gutters, and without hesitation i say Hart 2 Hart!!!

Their price was too high. They were three hours late to the estimate without even giving me a call. I didn't like that I had to sit around for 3 hours without even a call. Most other companies would at least call to say they got hung up on another job.

They were good and I liked them a lot. I recommended them to my parents. He came right out for an estimate and he was very responsive. He originally gave us a date that was acceptable, but somebody else canceled it. I came home one day and the gutters were installed already which was nice. He matched the color perfectly with the trim on the house. It was a real professional looking job and I had no complaints. They were the cheapest of the three estimates that we got and it was the best price.
