Fast, efficient and friendly service

Actually, we had a older furnace replaced and 2 years later we had a second furnace and 2 A/C condensers replaced. We had 2 teams of technicians on this occasion the so the work was performed quickly. All the techs were extremely courteous and professional. As members of the Dwyer Home Plan, we are happy that they come out to check the equipment and change the filters for us.

Vinny (Vincent) was very knowledgeable and worked like a super Professional and arrived early as stated. He really knows his stuff. Next time I need service I will request. He even gave me a heads up that he was on his way. The only downside was the text was addressed to Sarah. I'm Bob not Sarah. You can bust him about this for fun.

The work was superb. I couldnâ  t even tell it was dug up. Those two gentlemen were the best. Couldnâ  t be more satisfied.

They completed the work in the timeframe that they originally gave me which was amazing because they had absolutely no power during 90° temperatures for two days. My electrical panels were ripped out of my house and both needed to be replaced the inside and the outside they did excellent work, were very neat, and cleaned up everything.

Expert technician, on time thorough service, neat and clean. As a former contractor I can spot a "TRUE CRAFTSMAN" right away. Our tech., Vincent was exactly that. he explained everything he was going to do and tested everything needed for a totally complete and professional job. Highly recommended company and technician.
