The job was performed while we were not at home & upon our return we were pleasantly surprised to see that the job was completed. But just as important we were very pleased with the neatness & completeness with which the job was done. We are not one's to give compliments freely & we would recommend Crawlspace Solutions to anyone.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I discovered the problem on a Sunday, and was able to talk to Jim the same day. He showedn up the next morning with blowers to dry out the area, removed and carted away the wet insulation, and inspected the area, finding several breaks in the water supply. Jim continued to monitor the moisture until the area became dry. He recommended an excellent plumber, whom I hired, and they coordinated their work so that Jim could treat the area and replace insulation. I was very pleased with Jim's communication throughout.

The team was very punctual and very professional. Our attic insulation was very old and there was a large problem with rodents for some time so the situation up there was pretty bad. The guys from Crawlspace Solutions came in and cleaned the whole space first by removing the old insulation, then vacuuming all the droppings etc. and then disinfecting the space so it now looks like new. They also put in new insulation in the space. The main team member, Ryan, was great and very helpful in explaining what was going on. At the end they provided us with pictures of the space before the work and after the work in a very professionally assembled packet that explained what was done, what materials were used and the itemized bill. The owner, Jim, also proactively mentioned that they had an Angie's list discount even though the discount was posted after I contacted them and gave us the discount even though he could have said nothing, which I appreciate very much. I would recommend these guys to anyone. 

Perfectly.  The finished product was excellent and his customer service was just as good.  He pays attention to details, thoroughly explains what he is going to do and spends as much time as you need to educate you on the process.  We just purchased this home and it is our first experience with a crawlspace and he was extremely helpful because he has been working in them for a long time and was able to give us a report on ours that made us feel more confident about it.  We had always had basements where you could easily see what is going on ....crawlspaces....well they are a bit scarey.  We will definitely hire him to do an annual inspection.

The service from Crawlspace Solutions was outstanding.  Their response time was extremely prompt, I was contacted within 2 hours of making a request for information via Angie's List. Jimmy came  to my home the same day to go over the project and give me a quote; he was very detailed in his explanation of the scope of the project and the work to be completed.  In addition, the proposal included "before" pictures of all the damage.  When the project was complete Jimmy explained every detail of was was done and included "after" pictures of the completed work. Work was completed with a week of me sending them a signed proposal.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Very responsive to my inquires, job was done as promised and the quality of the work wa excellent. I would recommend them.

Jim showed up within a couple of days to provide an estimate after inspecting the crawlspace. He provided an estimate on the spot. We had a few items WE thought needed to be addressed and he assured us these items were unnecessary though he could have profited had he followed thru on our suggestions. He provided an electronic quote that evening. We signed the quote and returned it to him that same day. Two weeks later his associates arrived at lunch time, removed and bagged up all of the old insulation, installed the anchored plastic and installed the new encapsulated insulation. The entire operation took approximately 3 hours. The following week we rec'd photos of the crawlspace and the work that had been completed. My husband had to go underneath of the house this past week and was thrilled with the work they did. Our house sits on Barnegat Bay is on pilings, we have noticed an increased lack of moisture/dampness in the room directly over the crawlspace. It was always damp and cold but no more. We'd definitely use Jim and his team in the future!

Crawlspace Solutions worked with me every step of the way.  I called them to have my crawl space checked.  We had some flooding in the crawl space and nothing to get the excess water out.  I had started smelling a mildew scent and was worried of being exposed to mold.  They immediately came out to inspect my crawl space.  An estimate was provided and they offered to start the work right away with no down payment!  Absolutely loved that I didn't have to give them a down payment and was able to get the work started right away.  Everyone was courteous and knew what they were doing.  I will definitely recommend them.
