EXCELLENT!

Jimmy returned my call within an hour and inspected the crawlspace the next day. He recommended debris removal, treating and re-insulating but no sump pump, although it would have been a much larger job if it was included. I respect his honesty. He scheduled the work for two weeks out during which time we experienced a sewer leak that needed emergency treatment before the plumbers would enter. Jimmy's people cleaned the space for the plumbers within 24 hours notice and completed the job the following week. I highly recommend them.

CrawlSpace Solutions was great. I had 2 other waterproofing companies come by and quote me for a full waterproofing experience - sump pumps, french drains… When the owner of Crawlspace solutions came, he told me that the sump pump would not help with the water problem because the water was coming from high tied (I’m very close to the beach). He said that if I were to install a sump pump, it would be running all of the time, resulting in humongous electric bills, and I would not handle the problem,. Then he advised me to get close cell insulation in the crawl space to stop the humidity coming to the rest of the house, and recommended another company to do that job. I was impressed with his honestly. He dealt with me as if he was recommending advice to his best friend. He came back another time to make sure that I did not have mold in the crawl space…and all of this for free! This guy gives excellent service, and I would recommend him to anyone 110%!

Crawlspace Solutions is the Benchmark for customer satisfaction and quality of service I received. This year I need to make plumbing  repairs under the house and was concerned about the appearance of the insulation in one area of the house.

             I send an email early this morning stating my concerns but never expected to receive a call from a technician shortly after the business opened asking if it was convenient for me if they were on site within 20 minutes.  I never expected or experienced this type of service. This is not a multi-million dollar mansion and I am not a president of a world-wide business. Apparently this is the quality provided to everyone!
            TWO technicians not only addressed my concerns, but inspected the entire crawlspace and remedied the slightest potential of a problem. These guys no only talk a great job - they DO a great job! The motto is "Do the best job possible and do it to perfection!"
 
            Over the last thirty years I hired companies listed on Angie's List for almost everything possible. Each and everyone I used were exceptional, professional, and the best at their trade that I ever seen, this company is THE BEST I ever seen. They provide fantastic customer service, exceptional concern for customer satisfaction, and great value of service! Heck,  I'd hire these guys to work on my mom's house - no questions asked.

James came by at the scheduled time to inspect my crawlspace, in which I purchased this service through Angie's list.  Insulating the pipes has always been on my mind but never really knew who would do that type of work but then I discovered Crawlspace Solutions.  James took pictures of my entire crawlspace and in a few days I had a report as to what services they recommend to make my crawlspace more energy efficient.

I had three different companies provide estimates/proposals.  By far, Jim was the most thorough, knowledgable and helpful.  He provided insights that the other contractors were not able to and you could tell that there was pride in ownership of this company. He spoke from experience and provided me with options and an explanation for each.  Jim and his crew were extremely professional and performed the work in a timely and efficient manner.

Hot and Cold water pipes insulated in the crawlspace.  This company performs a 10Pt. Crawlspace inspection for mold, fungi, termites, structure damage and vents.
As a victim of Super Storm Sandy, I needed mold remediation both in the crawlspace and garage....after meeting with many companies I chose Crawlspace Solutions.  Jimmy the owner was very clear as to what he felt needed to be done and provided in writing each service and cost for each...not all lumped together as most vendors presented.  Jimmy's prices were not the cheapest but they were very reasonable and comparable to other vendors.  The remediation had to be done quickly and Jimmy made sure he provided all services timely and very professionally.  He provides pictures of before and after for all his work another excellent service.  As a retired, single women, it's  very comforting  having a reputable company to work with and an owner that responds immediately.   I would highly recommend this company to all of your subscribers with absolutely no reservations.

I left a voicemail for Jimmy (owner) and received a call back within 15 minutes.  He went to the house and had an estimate with pictures to me that evening.  I signed the contract right away and he had the work done within 5 days.
The work was completed exactly as described in the estimate and was very professionally finished.  I appreciate the fact that Jimmy did not try to sell me things I didn't need, but rather only did the work that was necessary, telling me that he believed this would address my issues and that if I wanted more done later, he would be happy to do that for me.  It is rare today to get that type of honestly, responsiveness, and professionalism in any service provider.  
I am going to use Crawlspace Solutions for annual inspections and maintenance and strongly recommend them to anyone needing service!

I e mailed the owner of Crawlspace Solutions to ask him to give us an estimate on insulating the crawlspace under a portion of our son's house.  He called back a day or two after the e mail; coincidentally, I was on the phone with the people who had repaired our sewer pipe, which had backed up into a hole in our basement floor (they wouldn't take care of it).  I told him that I would call him right back, and when I did, I mentioned the problem we were having getting the hole thoroughly cleaned.  The owner said that they did that kind of work as well.  We arranged a date for him to come for estimates on both jobs.  He came within the week and the work was done within the next week.  The workers were on time, efficient, and pleasant.  We have before and after pictures of the crawlspace and noticed a great difference; the rooms are much warmer.  
The owner also said that it might take another treatment to completely deodorize the area, and that we should call if we wanted him workers to come back and treat it one more time.  They just did and it's fine now.  They also left a a bottle of the spray in case we needed it.  
The owner of Crawlspace Solutions is very responsive, thorough, and efficient, as are his workers.  I highly recommend them.
Please note:  work was done (very satisfactorily) at two different locations,

(Description: Insulate all areas within the crawlspace [approximately 1,400 sq. feet] with R-19 encapsulated insulation, 6 1/4" thick. Install by rodding up in between floor joists to secure.) There was no existing insulation. The company started and completed the job within 4 days after signing the contract. The owner Jim was a wealth of knowledge and did not try to upsell me on anything I did not need. They started working when I was at work and finished when I came home, about 5 hours or less. The Crew (2 men) were friendly and cleaned up any debris. Overall a great experience. I would definitely use them again.

I called the company,spoke with Jimmy who came over the next day to see what needed to be done.He would have come over the same day I called but I had errands to do. He inspected the two areas of attic and told me he would email an estimate that night. I received the estimate(that night) and emailed him back I would like to do the project. A few days later they came and did the work . I highly recommend this company- they were polite,informative,efficient,hardworking and honest. This is a company that does the job right!! Thank you !!

This is the second property where I have reached out to Jim for help. He again was very responsive in coming to assess my needs and recommend a solution. The job was scheduled quickly, his guys showed up on time, were courteous, neat and efficient. Jim also provided great documentation that I can pass on to the new owners.
