"Color selection is done by the customer at the time of the estimate. Color selection is not done by the technician. The customer did not like the color installed and so the next day we went back to change the color for our customer as a courtesy. We at the Grout Medic of Monmouth strive to make our customers happy. As for this customer we feel as though we went above and beyond the call of duty. Since the work was completed and the color change was done we have not hear from our customer directly and believe it to be a job well done."
