I can't compliment this team enough. They saved the day on a major plumbing repair. Anthony, did an amazing job replacing the waste line then Miguel repaired the wall and tile to the point that it looked better than before the issue! Poor workmanship. The entire project seems rushed. They didn't follow the recommended steps for the product they used to re-paint the deck. The steps to seal the pavers were done wrong.

The gentleman who did the work was a true pro. He was quick and neat, wore a mask and respected our general anxiety about having people in. Rob was the first guy in our house since the start of the pandemic - I have a baby and pregnant wife - and I was very pleased with every aspect of the service. It wasn’t cheap but i am happy to pay good people for quality work and that’s what we got. I’d hire him back the next time we need work done without a doubt.

I called and left Rob a message in the evening that the water flow in my faucet was greatly reduced. He was out on an emergency but scheduled me for 9am the next morning. Josh arrived on time and determined the problem. He was neat and cleaned everything up. I needed to order a part from Delta. I would have no water flow for 2 weeks. Delta had me try a workaround. I ran into a snag at the last step. I called Rob and Josh came back and completed the workaround. Mr. Fix-it’s response, commitment, concern was amazing. Definitely my go-to!!
