Dave from X Factor was excellent. He got in touch with me soon after I requested info from Home Advisor and he stayed in touch until he came to hang the TV's. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and exceptionally neat. Not only did he know his product but he seemed a jack of all trades. He even offered help hanging a ceiling fan while he was there. I would definitely call him again in the future.

Dave was most responsive in scheduling a visit around my availability to assess my requirements. He provided me a detailed description of what he'd do and a price. When he and his crew came by they did an exceptional job installing my wall mount and 70" TV. He got my new TV operational and working on my internet connection as well as explaining all the features and functions. All the cables were neatly dressed and hidden from view and everything looks and works great. Exceptional Customer Service.

I can only say that the company is without doubt the most reliable I've had the pleasure of working with. Arrival time was a bit earlier than expected .The crew was clean and well groomed , very respectful to everyone and our property. Can't say enough great things about Dave. His work was done so extremely well. He exudes confidence, which puts clients at ease. Never knew another worker that tells you to call him any time, if I should need help and I did. He was at home and came right to the phone and helped me figure out how to use the remote correctly. My husband found on Home Advisor to hide the cables to our TV. David was a pleasure to work with and treated our home as if it was his own. He informed us of what he planned to do prior to his actually doing the work. David and Sean were quick, clean, and efficient. They also had a good working relationship and their banter was quite funny! We will definitely hire XFACTOR to do the electronics in our basement when we finish it!! Would highly recommend.
