Description of Work: We had a pinhole form in our water main between where the pipe enters the house and where the shut off valve is, so no way to turn off the water. It was under high pressure, so added up. Taylo was quick to respond and able to put a temporary fix on while working with the town to turn off the water supply so a proper replacement and repair could be done. They did good work, and we'd use them again.

Description of Work: He fixed a toilet that wasn't filling up when flushed. He came promptly and had en excellent price.

Description of Work: I do not remember when Taylo did services for us. I made up the date above. I believe it was 2015. The following is from my husband, who was present during services: | Taylo had to come twice to fix the simple problem of a leaking toilet line. They started out by replacing all the guts in the tank which had nothing to do with the leak in the line to the toilet. | Then the guy who came the 2nd time didn't fully turn off the main water line so he said he couldn't do the repair because water was spurting out. |I went down to the main line and closed it myself since he had failed to do so properly. So he wasted a lot of time that I guess we paid for screwing around. | At one point he was going to leave without doing anything because he claimed that the water pressure was still too much (after I had told him that I had shut off the main that he seemed incapable of doing). So I told him to put the toilet back together. Then I told him to flush it. Nothing. There was no water pressure. So he took it apart again and replaced the line. Seems like a half hour job became a multi-hour clownfest. | Before he left I told him to check to make sure that the main line was not leaking after being turned off and on again (I'd had experience with this before). He said that he had checked and it was fine. I went and checked myself and it was indeed leaking. Luckily I remembered what an earlier plumber had done to fix it. | Unprofessional, dangerous practices, avoid at all costs. |

Description of Work: I have used Taylor Plumbing several times. They are prompt, complete the work in a timely fashion and handle unexpected problems immediately. I plan on continuing to use this service.

Description of Work: They replace a shutoff valve to an outside faucert, put a new valve on the outside faucet, put 2 new shutoff valves for the washing machine, and installed a new kitchen faucet. Everything went fine.

Description of Work: Mr. Taylor came and spoke with us about the work we wanted done for about half and hour. He said he would call with suggestions and estimates. He never called back. We used someone else. He did seem knowledgeable when he spoke to us.
