Oasis Painting & Wallcovering

I think the quality of their work was very good, but my house is older with a lot of storm windows and they failed to properly handle all of the storm windows. At the end of the job, there were still storm windows missing. I thought the actual painting that they did outside was good and they did a very good job painting my living room. The work they did was neat and nice, but the cleanup was a bit touch and go. During the course of their working they spread their equipment on my front lawn and it looked messy and a little crazy. My lawn guy got in an argument with them and they sort of straightened things up. I was a little disappointed that they underpriced the estimate so the price was higher than we were expecting. They were pleasant, professional, and responsive.

I met with the owner Juan and discussed what I wanted done. His quote was approximately a thousand dollars less then a competitor. He was professional and prompt. I also had to move my start date at the last minute, and they accomadated my request. Once the job began the crew was also professional and prompt. They stated they would show up at 8am and they were here a couple of minutes early! They were on time everyday. (Which was important to me because I hadn't moved into my home yet.) I also at the last minute wanted to change the color of my bedroom, and the crew put several colors on the wall for me so I could decide. They finished the job on schedule, and they did a great job. Also, AnneMarie from their office was also very pleasant and helpful. After my job was complete, I spoke to her about how I needed painting done to my kitchen ceiling because of some new light fixtures. She arranged for them to come back after the job was done and touch up the ceiling for me. I can't say enough wonderful things about Oasis Painting. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

They gave me a reasonably priced quote, which included a lot of shingles replaced as well as other repairs to the exterior. They came on time every day and were always friendly and low key. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job done and is willing to pay a fair price.

The service went well. I would recommend them and would use them again. They were very courteous and neat. They put everything back and, overall, did a very good job.

It went quite well we had a few misunderstandings, but they worked out and of course more money, My back window on my screen door got broken but they took it and got the glass replaced. They were always there 8 am and going straight to work and got the job done. A good crew and I would recommend them

They visited the condominium on the day and time they promised. They emailed me the proposal and estimate that was very professionally done. Their price was the lowest of all the quotes. We had a little problem with the job starting off. I spoke with owner and he was able to correct any issues or problems. It turned out very well in the end. Juan Carlos was on top of everything from beginning to end. His workers after the initial hiccups were very professional and did a great job. They were very accomodating. My daugher in law is pregnant and they were able to work around her schedule and doctor appointments. The people who answered the phone were always very accomodating as well. Juan Carlos always returned my phone calls.

We found Oasis Painting and validated the company for use through the comments and ratings on Angie?s List. We scheduled an estimate and Juan Carlos showed up on time and as scheduled. He priced the main scope of our work and added alternate pricing options for extra areas (i.e. garage, etc?) at our request. Oasis wrote into the contact all details including two coats of paint and Benjamin Moore paint be used for everything. We agreed on the estimate and a committal letter was sent to us which we retuned along with a signed contract and deposit check to confirm our project. On the first day of the job, Juan Carlos called us to inform that he and his crew were stuck in traffic and would be 15 minutes late. We appreciated a proactive phone call as we have stood waiting for many contractors in the past. He met us onsite and introduced Andres, our site foreman for this job. Andres and two other painters, all wearing professional uniforms, arrived in a clean and professional looking Oasis van. Juan and Andres walked through the house with us to confirm the work to be done and which rooms get each color which was noted. We also reviewed the removal of window treatments, faceplates and vent covers. Juan assisted us in picking a new color for our kitchen as we needed assistance with this element. He provided color swatches and we selected a new color on the spot. The crew immediately covered all surfaces with rolled paper and tape to protect from errant paint and dust. They started work on the removing the old wallpaper from the walls and ceilings (who does this?) and also filling and finished all nail holes, cracks, etc? They did all of this prep work and also removed the window treatments, wall plates and vent covers in the first day. The second and third days were spent painting the ceiling and priming most walls. First and second wall coats were completed on the fourth and fifth days and all doors and trim was finished in between. Once complete, Oasis removed all paper covering the floor and took all garbage away. They left us a can of paint for each color for our future touch up needs. We performed a final walk through with Juan Carlos on the final day to confirm that we were satisfied which we were. We found no missed spots or errors, etc? and their cut in work was all neat and clean. All trim was evenly coated, there were no globs of paint in any corners and the house looks as good as new. Oasis was responsive with a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied with their work as well. This was an excellent experience for us and we will absolutely call on Oasis Painting for our exterior house painting needs in the near future.

Oasis Painting did a great job Juan Carlos and his "professional" crew did the exterior of our house last year. My wife and I were impressed with the excellent service they provided us and exceeded our expectations with every aspect of the job. These guys are great, first, they covered all the floors, repaired imperfections that we never realized they were there. They were so good moving the furniture and covering "everything" in plastic, they did an outstanding job, we're really happy. Andres' and his crew were always friendly, polite and always showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Further, they did such a great job and paid attention to every detail that it seemed as though they were painting their own home. Our home was transformed, and we are very pleased with the results!

Excellent. Owner, Juan Carlos Sanchez, was on time, discussed scope of work, provided written estimate, and returned telephones calls within one hour. On site, men were very neat, proper coverings, moved planted pots, and returned to original spots when completed.

The owner (Juan) came out to inspect the needed work. Juan was pleasant and polite. He seemed sensitive to the time constraints I was under and willing to work things out with other clients to accommodate my job. I had to follow up a few times to actually get the estimate, which was disappointing considering I had expressed time constraints with having the work completed. After a few calls I found out they misplaced my estimate and had to create another based upon the notes he could find. Overall it seems they would have done a great job, but in the end their estimate was just entirely too expensive for me. I found someone else for considerable less.

I found this company on Craig's list, and there is no website as of yet, but there are photos on Craig's list of his work. I requested an estimate, and Juan came to our house within a few days. I cannot say enough good things about Juan and his business ethics. He walked around the house with us to check everything when they were done and to see if there was anything that we needed to change or have painted that they did not do earlier. They made sure that we were completely satisfied. He and his crew were very pleasant and wonderful to work with, and their work is beautiful. I love the way my house looks now. He was even able to help us find a carpenter to install our new front door and basement windows while they were finishing up the last day so everything was completed at the same time.
