Toni and his team were so pleasant to work with. They were absolutely excellent and we are so happy with our new deck. He created a large deck for us with custom elements. He has such attention to detail and we were able to communicate well with him the entire time. He takes pride in his craftsmanship and is very professional. We would hire Toni again in a second. He did a fantastic job! He deserves more than 5 stars!

The owner, Toni, has taken the level of craftsmanship and workmanship into a whole new level, in my opinion. From beginning to end, everything was done with the utmost care and professionalism. He had made sure to keep the project within the time frame and complete it with nearly 100% satisfaction of our property residents, as well as the approval of the condo board members and management company. We will make sure to call him for any future projects and repairs on our property from now on. Most certainly recommend this company to anyone looking to renovate and repair almost anything from steps to building a brand new foundation for the walkways. Our property look like it was built months ago, not decades ago. It is a incredible transformation for the time and effort that Toni and his crew has commited. His estimate was one of the lowest and most acceptable. We feel so blessed to have chosen ELT Construction over other companies that tried to convince us otherwise.

Structurally he was fine, below standard on the trim. Never matched the vinyl siding, the product that he used was interior product on exterior use.( the trim boards) Structural detrition.

Toni and his crew did my home deck and landscaping project. Initially, Toni did a nice job and due to a complexity of the project, he asked to revise the previous quote, which I did it as it was a reasonable ask based upon the work he was doing. Once the work was completed and I paid him. The next day I find out that the retaining wall he put was shaking badly as he used the wrong blocks. I called him back and requested to fix the wall. He said he will come and fix next week. It has been 4 weeks now. I tried calling and texting him multiple times but no response. Toni, if you read this comment please fix the wall and I will update the review to 5 stars. Thank you!

Toni and his team were the absolute best. All his work was of the highest quality. His price was more than reasonable and his work was beyond what we hoped for. Even the materials he used was of a higher quality. I would DEFINITELY recommend him to friends and strangers. As far as I am concerned he is the the only contractor I would call and I am planning to call him again to do even more work on my home.

I've used ELT Construction twice and plan to have them do additional work. I originally hired them to repair a deck. ELT did an excellent job. The quote was reasonable and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. I like that no job is too big or too small. He shows up when he says and his work ethic is refreshing. He brings his skill and knowledge to the project which is what I need. I know what I think I want, but its nice to be able to defer to the expert. In both instances he went beyond what I asked him to do and did the job the way it should be done. As a homeowner I now have a level of comfort in knowing I have someone to call when something goes wrong. No more searching for the right guy. I now have the right guy.

I initially I discussed installing a stockade fence and repairing my deck. I asked if a patio was possible. My deck had new steps built, railings replaced and a gate installed. Tony is a humble, courteous and skillful craftsman. Tony has given my deck new life and made it safe for my grandson and I to reach the yard. Ladies and gentle men my new customized patio brought tears to my eyes. I have been a homeowner on a invisible budget for 15 years and never could I imagine having a patio built. Tony and his partner are true professionals and craft man. They arrived quietly and worked diligently and kept there work area tidy. project was completed in a few days. The verified comments about his work influenced my decision to call him a decision I do not regret. THANK YOU TONY you have provided that which I never thought was possible.

We hired ELT Construction to tear down and build a new wooden deck in our backyard .Tony has a combination of skills and professionalism rarely found among contractors today. He is an exceptional craftsman who can expertly customize a project after only a brief conversation. Tony is very cooperative. consciencious and meticulous about his work. Furthermore his price was very competive. It was truly a fortunate pleasure to have Tony complete our deck project . We give ELT Construction our highest recommenmdaion.

It is pre matured to evaluate his entire work as the progress is only 20% so far. He is cautious, seemingly enjoying his work, polite and always consult with you. On-going consultation and constant re-evaluation is essential.

I picked Toni from Home Advisor with a lot of reservations. I was glad to choose Toni amount of all the contractor that came over my house for a quote. Toni's price was the lowest and the quality of work he provided was fantastic. My project was to break down a wall and provide open space between a kitchens to a family room. Also open the entire faade of the house and making an opening for 4 huge folding doors Toni also build a futuristic deck, very challenging for anyone else, I was bless to hire Toni. He makes the job looks easy and this is the best looking deck in North east. Tony worked on my project for almost three months & everyday he surprised me with his excellent behavior, professionalism, punctuality and dedication to the project. He went far and beyond the project boundaries and accept all the additional changes with a friendly smile. I would not only highly recommend him but also use him again for all my future projects.
