purchased our townhome and I needed a good review of the AC and heating system from someone who knows this stuff. The tech they sent was excellent and spent a lot of time explaining the system. He also helped balance the air flow and explained some alternatives and why it works as it does. It was a big help and much appreciated.

Josh Dusenbery was the Technician and he was probably
the most informative and honest person on HVAC I have ever met.
We reviewed the filter choices I had and Josh showed me how
to get rid of the nasty electronic unit and move to a filter.
He also brought tons of tools and testing gadgets to my house.
We reviewed what was going on with my Heater and AC.
He spoke in plain English and I felt that he was actually giving
me great advice, not the usual upsell BS.
Looking forward to having Brown's come over and give me an estimate
on replacing my entire system, they seem to be a firm that you can trust
