Not sure where all these other references came from. they were horrible with me and rude. This provider failed to respond in a timely manner and finally responded back and basically stated he is too busy to help me go somewhere else- see response from Alex below:


If you can get it somewhere else than I would suggest doing that. They are not getting back to me and frankly I am too busy right now to try and track it down with them. If you want to get something out of their catalog and I can price that up immediately.

Alex from King Remodeling was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Communication was timely and I was kept in the loop how things were progressing with my order.

King Remodeling was very prompt in responding to my order.  However, due to weather conditions, it took 2 months to have them installed.  (Act of nature) Temperature ranges from teens/-0 degrees caused the delay. Installed on 3/3/2015 in 20 degree temps, right before snow/freezing rain were expected later in the day. Installation was done by qualified people, very nice, and curtious.  I'm satisfied with the job.

I love my windows.  They did a wonderful job.  I would recommend them and use them again.

Roof was installed in one day on 2400 sq. ft. dwelling.   Workers were careless, destroying about 6 screens and left scratches on the glass of 3 windows and 1 skylight.  They worked until after dark and it was hard to see the finished product and do an adequate cleanup job.   The job should have been done in 2 days.  There was a leaky window which they were unable to address.  Brian said he would have to get an estimate from their siding department.  I called him several times and he made excuses and never gave me an estimate.  This repair should have been included in the job.  Another company said they would repair the source of the leak, even if they had to remove siding and include it in the price of the job.  Brian came back once to address other issues and return repaired screens.  Some nails were left exposed, but he didn't have the proper material to cover them and said he would come back.  I called, but he never came back.  Brian appeared to be knowledgable in discussions prior to the roof replacement and I am very disappointed in the lack of follow-up.

It was wonderful. They were done in a day! My property was spick and spane. You couldn't even notice they were there. I didn't have to be home. They are very trustworthy!

But when everything was finish it was a excellent job done. I am a very happy customer and I would refer anyone else to this company KingsRemodeling. Everything was down in the proper time limit

I was extremely pleased with King Remodeling's work. I dealt with Alex initially and he was helpful, businesslike, and pleasant. He explained the process thoroughly and was not pushy or aggressive. The crew arrived in a timely fashion and completed the job even earlier than expected. The clean up was satisfactory as well and I have never had a problem with the windows since. They even survived Hurricane Sandy without any issues!!! I would highly recommend their services to others.

Alex was very professional, explained everything in detail, and was willing to match our budget for this project. The windows we've got are wonderful and totally changed the appearance of the house as well, as they are energy efficient. The installers did a great job and left the site cleaned up. I will definitely use King Remodeling again.

King Remodeling was great to deal with, the estimate came up with a reasonable price and Alex was able to explain the process in detail. I loved dealing with King Remodeling, they did all the work from the dumpster, to the permit, to the material delivery, the only thing I had to do was pick a color! 
The team worked very fast, they discovered some rotten wood under my shingles and replace it all with nice new wood, new roof material and new shingles, no more leaks anywhere and the roof looks amazing! They did a great job roofing and cleaned as they worked so it never got bad. The materials are also very high quality and look like they should bring decades of protection over our heads. They even did some gutter clamp replacements so that's one less thing to worry about.  
I would definitely recommend these guys, they definitely have my business for any future needs.

Brian Lenahan, Field Supervisor, came out to give us an estimate for a new roof.  We have a 24 year old roof and knew that it had to be replaced.  Mr. Lenahan was very courteous and professional and gave us a detailed estimate on the spot with an excellent price.  Although his price was very close,  we decided to go with the company that originally put our roof on 24 years ago.   Would definitely try King Remodeling in the future for other work.

Unfortunately my experience with King Remodeling was not a good one.  The project was to put in a sliding patio door and redo the deck with new composite boards and new railings. 
It started off terribly when they moved the start date of the job two days before the original start date. They used weather as the excuse but the exact same weather pattern played out the following week and they had no trouble starting the job then.  Once the job started I had to continuously ask if this would be closing off the room so dust and debris wouldn?t carry throughout the house, and was told of course, but it was clear that if I didn?t push, they wouldn?t have.
Here?s where it gets fairly unprofessional in my opinion.  They didn?t order enough materials although they blamed their distributor, but you can start to see that pattern of deflecting blame.  First the weather, then distributor, then wait, it?s the railing manufacture(keep reading)?  Overall, there was a complete and utter lack of project management and communication.  One day I called because no one was onsite and was told that they were waiting for materials.  Ironically their distributor had delivered materials to my house and they weren?t even aware of it, until I told them.  Needless to say, no work was done that day.  
 
Along with the deck remodeling I specifically ordered a gate as part of the railing system.  I was never told that a gate was not available through their railing manufacturer until the day they showed up with a gate from Babies R Us, which is when my wife and
I nearly lost our calm.  We were besides ourselves ho they didn?t tell us this at the beginning or at any point leading up to that day.  The communication from them was aweful.  
 
In any case, upon that final walkthrough, I pointed out two things and asked Alex to get back to me regardless of whether they were going to come back and fix.  Of course, he nor anyone has reached out to me, and it?s almost two months later.  Today I noticed that the board they used to face the front of the deck was not one whole piece, but rather two with some sneaky caulking in the crack dividing the two, making it appear as one.  I noticed it today because the caulking melted away from the sun and now there?s a noticeable gap.  Perhaps I should have caught this during the final walk through, but I feel like it?s something they should have done correctly in the first place. 
The excuses, terrible communication skills, and mediocre work made this a very poor experience.  I would never recommend their services.
