Owner: Craig Tkaczenko was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to work with. He took the time to explain the process and requirements of the work in detail from a design perspective and down to the technical details. He kept me briefed on every step of the way. From the beginning to the end. He would report onsite everyday and paid much attention to detail. He professionally managed his team throughout the process and the results of the job was outstanding. His staff, they were all very pleasant, they went the extra mile to make certain that I was satisfied and did things according to how I wanted. I definitely would recommend them and would hire them for any other work I would need done. Hire him and have no fear. You will be pleasantly surprised and he will get the work done stress free.

The work was fantastic! Craig's team did the entire job in about 3 weeks time and there was a lot to do. We regraded our backyard as it has dips and valleys that caused large pools of water to form. He then added on a 600sq ft patio, stepping stones, gravel in our side yard landing, added sculpted beds to the outer edges, planted privacy and cherry trees and put in drainage from our home to the yard to help with any excess water issues. I can't say enough about how wonderfully the work turned out. We love our backyard!

We had hired Craig in August 2018 to put a comprehensive drainage system in our back yard, which is still proving to be an excellent investment due to he and his team's outstanding work. When we had another drainage issue, this time in our front yard, he was our first and only choice to come take a look. We needed to figure out where an underground pipe in the front of our house was draining, since water was forming at the front corner of our property. A Roto Rooter serviceman told us that the pipe was crushed and needed to be replaced. And when I called Craig to see if he could do it, he said he wanted to take a look first. He brought a few of his team members to our house and dig some digging, both where the water was forming and where the pipe begins at the front of our house. It turned out the pipe does not go to the front of our property at all, but moves a few feet from the house and goes straight down to a dry well. Instead of charging us for labor or simply telling us Roto Rooter was right and offering to replace the pipe, Craig not only told us we could hold off on doing anything, he also didn't charge us for the labor at all. This type of integrity has been hard to find as we have done home improvements over the past few years. It's why Craig's cell phone number is the only contractor's number I've saved in my phone. We consider him a lifetime relationship, and he's the only one we will ever call for this or any type of landscaping work.

Exceeded my expectations! The patio is gorgeous. The job was complicated because the yard isn’t level, but looking at the outcome you’d never know it. Craig T is responsive, direct and fair. His experience is evident. He was very focused on my satisfaction, and even had his team come back to make a small tweak with something I didn’t love. He’s one of the good guys who does what he says he’s going to do. His team was outstanding. Prompt, hard-working, respectful and friendly. They seemed to enjoy their work, spoke highly of the company and have been working there for many years. They were diligent in all aspects of the job. I was quoted a fair price and that’s what I paid. And as I said, the outcome is beautiful. I highly recommend Creative Images!

From the moment he came to give us an estimate, Craig and Creative Images were everything we could have hoped for. We'd bought our house in the winter, so we were unaware that the property did not drain properly. It became an immediate issue the following summer with standing water at various spots throughout the yard, so we knew it was going to be an unforeseen project. But, more specifically, we knew it was a project we could not afford to get wrong. We received other estimates that were temporary fixes to the problem that were portrayed as "all we needed." When Craig arrived, his idea was completely different and much more comprehensive. What others had said was fixable with simply regrading the property, Craig quickly identified as a much more complex problem. He showed us that a drainage system was the only solution because the type of soil in our yard (clay), and that, in addition to raising and regrading the property, this would alleviate the problem. We decided if we were going to fix it, we would make sure we fixed it correctly, and banked on Craig's expertise - even though it was more money. The yard has turned out to be perfect. It's a completely new space, a total 180 from what it was just four months ago. Our dog and the rest of the family can actually use the space now, and while it was expensive, it was money well spent. While his knowledge and ideas were obviously fantastic, the thing that really set Craig and his company apart was their professionalism and how they conducted themselves throughout all phases of the job. Every single member of the team that worked on our job over a two-day period was personable, pleasant and professional from the minute they stepped foot on the property. I asked several different members of the team questions over the course of the two days, and each one knew the answer without having to ask anyone else. Also, we have a six-month-old daughter, and they made it a point to wave and smile at her while she watched from the window. They left our property spotless when they were finished, and even came back after the first rain storm to make sure everything was working properly. I could not possibly give Craig and Creative Images a higher recommendation. We have not only found a landscaping company that we will use for the rest of our time in Totowa - we have found a partner we will use as long as they are in business.

Craig is fantastic and I highly recommend his team. Our backyard was overgrown and his team came in and did a fantastic job. They removed all the unnecessary trees, cleaned out all the brush and the yard looks wonderful. He also gave great advise as we wanted to plant seed as well and he recommended we wait until the weather is better in the spring so we actually get what we want out of the yard. They are coming back in the spring to regrade and give us a lush and enjoyable backyard.

Craig provided detailed plans and went over each item prior to start. Crews showed up by 7:50am every morning and worked til 5pm everyday. Each day Craig was on site to view and go over Plans with the crew and any issues. Work was completed on time and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend

These guys stand by their word! I had a paver patio put in my backyard 5 years ago. They did an amazing job and the owner Craig told me if anything ever happens to the patio, they would come and fix it. Well, 5 years later I needed some minimal maintenance due to wear and tear and today two guys showed up and did it and it was free!! Thanks for sticking by your word!

He was responsive and available from the start. I have not had such a positive experience with a service for some time. He helped us create a design for the patio that turned out to be more attractive than what i thought was possible. His crew were fast, professional and thorough with attention to detail and an artistic touch. He also brought in soil to level the yard and planted grass which i did not expect at no extra cost. He also rerouted our gutters into one drain pipe which he buried solving a problem we had for years with water freezing on our walkway. We interviewed three other contractors and his price was competitive or lower than others.

While I cannot speak to the quality of the landscaping work, I can say that Craig was very professional. I had some issues come up that prevented us from being able to move forward with the project. Although he had no requirement to do so, he refunded our entire deposit and told me to let him know if we change our minds in the future. I would absolutely use Creative Images in the future because it's hard to find a professional willing to look out for the best interests of the customer, which Craig did for me.

I had several bad experiences with contractors since moving to New Jersey. Craig and his team put me and my wife at ease from day one. He responded quickly to my initial phone call and came by the house soon after to give us a quote. His price was fair. We were extremely comfortable with Craig taking on this job, because of his knowledge and recommendations, all which were clearly detailed for us. He gave us some suggestions that were most beneficial for our property, keeping in mind our best interests, while staying within our budget. His team arrrived on time and ready to work from the first day to the last. We never saw a single worker "leaning on the shovel" or messing around. The crew was friendly, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. For example, they swept the driveway after each day, stacked their tools, and left the overall area looking very neat. Craig was in constant contact, and always available to answer any questions throughout the project. He was professional and we always felt that he was going the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with the progress at the end of each day. The bottom line is this company is knowledgeable, dependable, reasonably priced and they do fantastic work. We would highly recommend this business and plan to use them for all future projects.

Amazing! Craig and his crew provided amazing expertise and service. They arrived early every day and worked diligently. Often crews of 5-6 working seamlessly together. They laid and leveled every paver meticulously. They left the work area spotless every day and safe for our little ones. Whenever we asked for changes/additional work they did it without hesitation (i.e. Transplanting plants, seeding additional areas, adding steps). Craig was always available and checked in almost daily with progress and to ask for feedback. He was such a pleasure to work with and delivered above and beyond expectations. Truly one of a kind! This is our 2nd time working with Creative Images and I wish I had more projects so they could come back again!

Craig and the Creative Images team did a top notch job in every respect. Our community's Landscape Committee interviewed many firms before selecting Creative Images. When we met Craig and saw his designs, we knew he was the right contractor for us. And, we were right.
It's not easy to please 800 homeowners, but Craig succeeded in doing that. The feedback on our new Circle has been very positive. Craig's good taste, attention to detail, and follow up make him exceptional.

Craig was in constant contact and was flexible about changes to the original plan as the work progressed. He clearly understood my goals for the property and offered suggestions that worked with my needs and the limitations of the property. Work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The property was completely cleaned up after each segment of the job was completed and the team was careful not to damage adjacent areas or the neighbor's property while working. Overall, the work was excellent and exceeded my expectations!

Absolutely fantastic. Craig is one of the most professional contractors I have worked with. Returned the call right away. Did hear me out on what I wanted to achieve. They showed up on time. His crew was surprisingly careful. Two bobcat machines were rolling on my property, but no damage at all was done on the adjacent areas which were not of the project. The best of all - 100% of the work was done withing one day (6 guys).
