Nick was very helpful and nice who explained and show me the problem I was having. This was my first time that I worked with a plumber, and I think the overall charge wasn't bad. He replaced the toilet wax which took him 30-40 minute. I helped him clean the area, and let him used my Wet Vac to suck toilet water. He gave me a 15 minute discount. It took 1.5 hours for whole job. I will definetely consider him for any future project.

Nick was very nice and I would call him again. Although, I would have preferred the option of not having him stay the full time, as he was unable to fix the problem permanently due to my equipment. I had to pay his full hour labor. I don't begrudge him his time, but I was expecting more of a clean cut estimate as requested up front. I would have rather known right away it was not a go and then buy a new faucet and pay him to put it in. This way I paid for him to clean a faulty faucet, and would have to pay to have him put in a new one. (He did offer a $50 off discount within 30 days, but still...)

I hired Cobra Sewer to come out and do some work. They were very professional and considerate. He did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. When I spoke to his wife, she was very helpful as well.

The service was simply EXCELLENT. We had an emergency during a weekend, but it did not matter. The nicest man came on time and solved the problem. We needed to call back three days later. Once again, he came back and helped us without any objection (It was late in the afternoon when he was on his way home.) We also need to schedule a major service in the near future. We will call them again. No doubt.

The plumber had to replace the new sink garbage disposal we purchased with another since it was missing a part and purchased a disposal that cost twice the price, $200, without consulting with us first. We never would have agreed to spend that amount of money. We could have purchased one of equal quality for $100 with a longer warranty at a neighboring store.

I live in Texas and this property is in New Jersey. Long distance negotiations for a small plumbing project was finally made "easy" by Cobra Plumbing Service. My tenant was very impressed with the efficiency of the job and the "clean-up" after the job was completed. I will use Cobra Plumbing on my next plumbing project.

I was called immediately after I submitted my request and Nick was at my house within an hour. His prices were very fair and fixed our emergency problem within a reasonable time. He did a second job of flushing out our outside piping and repaired a problem we had with water overflowing our gutters. We had another contractor for the latter problem who never was able to resolve the issue. Nick was polite and considerate. I definitely recommend him.

They were excellent! Nick came to my home, assessed my problems and fixed everything on time and for the promised cost. I have an old house and Nick stopped the leaks, updated my bathtub and created the necessary hookups to install a new dishwasher. Polite, tidy, friendly and efficient. I can't recommend Cobra highly enough!
