Unbelievable-received a quote over the phone and even though the job was more difficult than first imagined the charge was exactly what was quoted over the phone. Didnt have to sit around and wait as I received a phone call 15 minutes prior to the visit to advise arrival time. Would hire them back in a NY minute.

Cobra was the first to call. He came on time, was courteous and professional, and handled the job efficiently and quickly. Price of service was very reasonable.

Phone conversation with his wife went as good as at gets,work done was professional as it gets price was outrageously cheaper than the competition.I have a permanent plumber when I need one and would give the highest recommendation to anyone who would ask me for a plumber.

Nick is a gentleman and knows the plumbing business. He was on-time with the free estimate, gave a fair price estimate, made an appointment convenient for me, and showed up on-time as promised. I had a main water valve replaced in the house and he suggested I should be in code by installing a valve before AND after the water meter. The cost was not that much more to do both. Yes, I hovered around him while he did his work (he did not mind) and he was efficient and professional. Even when the city water dept did not shut off the water completely at the street, he worked around that problem and completed his work as promised! Great job!
