he was prompt, gave a great price, got the job done on time and talked me out of spending more money than I needed to. it doesn't get better than that! he was neat, polite, a generally nice guy who knew what he was doing!

Cobra was at my house the same day I placed the call. Nick and Lisa were both professional and curtious, understood my needs and took care of the problem quickly. Lisa is very good at coordinating timing and availability. I would highly recommend their service. They made my plumbibg experience a pleasant one!

He called promptly, estimated job over phone, price was same as estimate, friendly, cleaned up afterwards, put two new toilets in my house. He did a great job, definetly would recommend and would use him again.

I forget the name of the guy that helped me but he was great. I had a toilet that i thought needed to be replaced. He came over (at no charge upfront) and said he wanted to snake it first to try and save me money and not buy a new toilet. He said if couldn't snake it he wouldn't charge me. It coudn't be saved but he stayed true to his word of not charging me and soquoted me a price on a new toilet. He came over installed it and it worked very well and ended up charging me less than the quoted price. I'm a new home owner and he answered a few unrelated questions that I had. Their office staff called immediately. I do not think the search had even finished and she called to set up an appointment. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. The plumber showed up exactly on time and completed the job effectively and effieiently. He went out of his way to find a special color and finish toilet bowl handle for my tenants bathroom. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely call him again for future plumbing needs.

I received a call from Cobra shortly after submitting my request. An appointment was set for Sat morning, and Lisa called to confirm that Nick was on his way (on time as scheduled.) Nick gave an honest assessment, performed the work quickly and neatly, and cleaned up after he was done. Nick's cost was less than HALF the cost of the phone estimate I received from another plumber who had done work for me previously, and he picked up a new faucet for me at cost, with no markup in price. I am very happy to have found an honest plumber who shows up as scheduled and charges a fair price. I would highly recommend Cobra.
