Did a great job. It's been a little while so I don't remember the specifics very well, but the work has held up just fine.

He was prompt and knowlegible. Fee was also reasonable. It was very good.

Honest friendly service. Nick came out for a free estimate, and stayed true to his estimate, performed the work on tim, and stayed to make sure everything was working properly before he left (waiting for ice to freeze, literally). Great first experience with Cobra and Service Magic, and would definitely recommend both to our friends in the area.

He is the best out there. When you call you can get him over to your house usually within a few hours. No job is too big or small. He replaced out hot water heater the next day after it went out on us. He spent much of the day here, making sure all of our problems were solved. There is something that needs to be said about people that work hard, and this the guy you want on the job.
