"Client called in because the system was not cooling, we only had after hour appointments that week because of the heat rush. We explained to the client that the call and repairs will be at an after-hour rate. The tech went over and diagnosed the problem, he also advised the client the cost of the repair as we always do before even attempting to fix it. The client agreed to the cost and the repair. The next morning when we called to follow up the client was upset because of the cost of the part that was needed to repair the system. The client said that the part does not cost what we charged her and that she asked around and was told that our price was expensive. We explained to her that we work off of a flat rate book and the prices that we go by are already calculated for us. Client called 4 days later saying that the system was not working again, we send a tech back over and he could not find anything wrong with the unit. The tech explained to the client that it could possibly be a part but was not a 100% sure because it was working fine when he was there. He advised the client to monitor the system and call us back if stops working again. We followed up with the client the next day and she wanted us to order her the part the tech had mentioned. We advised her that it was just a thought and that we want her to monitor the system before we go any further. Client called again 5 days after the second call because she said the system is not working. We scheduled a Tech to go back out to look at the system. We called the client the day before to confirm us going to her home and she cancelled the call. She said that she had another company come out and they fixed the problem. I see all the emails that come in and till this day I have not seen an email from this client."
"Thank you for your business. Heating maintenance is only performed during the fall season. Our trucks are not equipped for heating maintenance during the summer months. However we would be happy to return to perform heating maintenance in the fall."

"Customer called us to respond to a leak from his Hvac system. During the initial call to our office we quoted the $125.00 diagnostic fee to send out a tech and trouble shoot the problem. The customer had a hard time with the initial charge but asked us to come out anyway. I have attached the service report. It turns out the system was in bad shape. The customer never had the system serviced or filters changed in a few years. The charges quoted for the repairs needed could have been avoided with a Maintenance plan. "Attached service report" CUSTOMER MENTIONED WATER WAS OVER FLOWING. STARTED DIAGNOSTING, WATER WAS GETTING TRAPPED BY THE P-TRAP GOING TO A CONDENSATE PUMP. POURED WATER THRU THE T-TRAP, WATER FLOWING TO PUMP. PUMP IS PUMPING THE WATER SLOWLY AND TAKES A WHILE TO TURN ON AND EMPTY THE RESEVOIR OUT WHICH CAUSES A LOT OF WATER TO ACCUMULATE AND MAKES WAY UP. ALSO FOUND 2 CLOGGED DIRTY FILTER ON UNIT. CONDENSATE PUMP NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND DRAIN LINE FROM COIL TOO. CUSTOMER DENIED CHANGING PUMP AND BLOWING LINE WITH NITROGEN."
