Of all the home projects I have priced out and completed, this one was the toughest decision. I received similar quotes from others. I don’t know enough about water softeners or plumbing to compare one product to another. They seemed like similar products. In the end, my decision came down to trust. Bob didn’t make any exaggerated claims. He told me the water would be softened and the RO system would produce a good taste. He was 100% right on both. Most importantly he called his plumber and sent him pictures while he was giving me his initial quote. My house is 93 years young, so I think that was a smart call. It wasn’t a simple install but they made it simple. They put in new valves and piping from my main valve to the softener. It’s been in for three weeks, and my calcium deposits are gone and bottled water delivery has been canceled.

Bob is very professional and when he talks to you about his products it feels as if you are his only customer, which is pretty rare now a days. He will talk about water for hours on end if you let him lol. The install of the filter and water softener was flawless and works amazing. I feel completely safe that Bob will stand by the install and products of something ever goes wrong.

Bob is exceptionally good. He reached out to me within a couple of hours posting the ad. He instantly gained my confidence as he described me his expertise. He asked me to text him my filter details and that was it. He was at my place the next day and had installed the RO system in 2 hours. During that he walked me through all the changed he did and guided me for the steps to take to be able to replace my filter yearly with minimal cost. He even helped me understand the filter systems he sells and the price difference. I regret that I had bought my own system. Wish I had a chance to consult with Bob first , i strongly recommend to use his system and installation service. I had consulted with two plumbers/filter installation companies before. They had made asked for so much information and in the end had made the task sound so complex that I was super worried and was even considering to return the filter. With Bob I didn't even have to spend 5 mins . He instantly got the filter system I was talking about and was able to gain confidence with a few minutes. His job was perfect and I was so relieved. In future if needed Bob will be my go to person for all filter installation serviced. I am very glad to have worked with him on a task so important to our family.

He cleaned up and did a very professional install. All connections were neat and leak free. I would recommend both Bob and the installer to anyone.

Bob is very friendly and does a great job of testing the water and educating me on what are the requirements for our home. He did not try to sell us more than what was required. Also he has always respoded to all my queries once the intallation was done. Strongly recommended.

I had one of Bob's staff replace an old Rainsoft water system in January 2016 with an Aquatron 1000. The water has excellent taste. I am *slightly* disappointed that the amount of rock salt I have to replenish is more than what Bob originally suggested (we are only 2 people and generally speaking don't use a lot of water). But for the price & quality, it can't be beat.
