He and his crew did all 27 windows in 3 days time. His estimate was right on target. The first thing I noticed when the new windows were installed was the quiet. I could hardly hear the outside noise. The display of professionalism of this family business was beyond reproach. His employees seemed trustworthy and Mr. Hartley was either working with them, or at least at the worksite every day. Hartley Industries was referred to me by a brother Mason. Bill Hartley is himself a member of a local lodge of F. and A. M. I knew that there was a degree of integrity involved with the project and I would refer this business to anyone.
