 + -1 moreHe and his crew did all 27 windows in 3 days time. His estimate was right on target. The first thing I noticed when the new windows were installed was the quiet. I could hardly hear the outside noise. The display of professionalism of this family business was beyond reproach. His employees seemed trustworthy and Mr. Hartley was either working with them, or at least at the worksite every day. Hartley Industries was referred to me by a brother Mason. Bill Hartley is himself a member of a local lodge of F. and A. M. I knew that there was a degree of integrity involved with the project and I would refer this business to anyone.
Description of Work: I had windows that were original built in 1929. They were covered sometime during the 60's with aluminum storm windows. Both, the originals and the storm windows were literally falling apart. This general contractor replaced my windows, 27 in all. He selected the best windows that would go good with my house considering its age and for curb appeal, convincing me to spend a little more on quality windows rather than the lower quality type that I originally chose. It was a good recommendation. He also does other home improvement projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
