Great Job.

This was a great experience and Value. Installers were professional, clean and on time. I loved the project when it was finished. I also dealt with Ron the owner, who personally supervised some of the details of my project. He was very accommodating and addressed all my concerns. They even did a great job with all the new trim a molding at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company to anyone with flooring needs.

I think they are really good. Very high quality. I would use them again.

Very prompt in responding and completing the job. Julio who installed our wood flooring is quite proficient and neat . Also, the salesman, Dave Fuentes, is very efficient and businesslike. I can highly recommend this company. My thanks too, to Roger, who was very prompt in returning to correct a minor oversight.

Both the sales guy and installers were great and they were able to work within my tight schedule.

They lack a little behind on costumer service. It seemed they forgot my installation date. If I didn't call them, it would not be installed on the supposed date.

they were on time and did the job with no problems, the two guys were fast and did the job in one day, with moving the furniture and and even helped with the little stuff.

Installers were on-time and efficient. I had very little to be moved out of the rooms being carpeted . They replaced everything they moved out. I had to call a few times for various reasons and the office seemed a little chaotic. I tried to change the color for one of the rooms, which they said was fine when I originally called, but later when I tried to verify, there was a problem. They offered to split the "cancel' charge for already cut carpet with me. I chose to keep the original color.

Had new hardwood floor installed in the living/dining room. I believe this work was subcontracted out by At Home. The supervisor was excellent in solving a problem with an uneven area between the tile &new floor. The installation was perfect; done by 2 men who cleaned up everything. No complaints. We also had our wood stairs to the 2nd floor refinished. The refinishing was fine but there were drip marks on the risers & sidewall so I called & asked the best way to clean up. I never got a call back. I also had another question, called, got no response. Wonder what would happen if problem arises

The carpet fitters were very courteous and polite. They did a very good job .

We wanted to remove ceramic tile in our entire kitchen around an island and throughout the main floor. Other companies we spoke to were not comfortable with completing the task. At Home was the only company that was comfortable handling the job. They did it without incident. However, they created a lot of dust and I wish they had covered our furniture or advised us to cover it before hand.

The salesman was prompt and very helpful in helping me choose just the right color to go with my decor. I had my living room, dining room, master bedroom and 2 sets of stairs replaced. The installers were on time and did an excellent job. All was completed in one day and not a scratch on my newly painted walls. I would highly recommend At Home Floors.

Installers were on time and we are satisfied with the work.

Hardwood floors need to be staggered when boards are placed. I had to watch and assist to keep it that way. Should not be "stepped" with boards ending like stairs. Long boards and short boards must be as random as possible. Installers need to bring a table saw to the site. One of my cuts needed to be shaved down on the back side to meet the bathroom floor. They could not do it with a hand saw. I used my table saw to do this. In the end it turned out beautiful!

Prompt, very satisfied with workmanship

Salesman was on time, knew his business and very nice. Was helpful with choosing the correct carpet/pad for a concrete floor. Showed us many options. Installers were on time and worked hard. Carpet and bathroom flooring looked great when they were done.

They were great from start to finish! The customer service has been wonderful...from the estimate to the install to the follow up. I would highly recommend this company again and have already referred them to one of my friends. We will be using them again in the future!
