For carpet replacement nobody likes to move furniture these days, these people did and thanks for that. They did everything in one day and charged less than Homedepot or Lowes who refused to move my bad with the mirrors.

Do not be fooled by Ronnies lies! Warping and the floor being leveled is bad workmanship!! The dust is gone, you NEVER said anything about cleaning out anything! You never said that I could not drop water! So upset I paid cash, I have already reported your business name to the board in Cliffside Park! Shame on you for taking advantage of me! You re the one who told me to gut the kitchen first before putting floor down! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Customer needs to make sure quote reflects exact work to be completed to avoid problems at completion.

While the installer was very good, and I am happy with the floor, the company owner was very unreliable, he did not come when promised and never even called to tell me, I waited here, and could not reach him, when I called. The installer finally came at 4:30 after I threatened to cancel the job, he did work though until 8:30 to finish.

They did everything they said they would do. the first consultation was easy and painless. The scheduling was a bit difficult because they are probably very busy. The floors I ordered were awesome. Everything looks great.

They did an excellent job. Polite, clean and efficient. However, scheduling the appointments was extremely difficult. I had to follow up four times to get a date for them to come out and do the work. If you can handle the difficulty in communication I would recommend them.

The salesman was professional and he was the reason for extra star in customer service. They put down the cheapest thinnest (see-through) underlayment!!! The very low quality of the installation and materials was so disappointing and they overcharged my credit card!!! I was told that I would be refunded and it's been four months and counting....
