Very disapointed with the quality of the Bed. The showroom displays a twin size bed and the assembly of the head and foot board looks ok. What we ordered was the bed in the full size. The sales staff did not inform us that the frame for the full size bed is also made to accomodate up to a queen. So when assembled for the full , the mounting hardware is all exposed, and unnecessarily adds about 9 inches to the overall width . I brought this to the attention of the Linden store and they in turn told me to call customer service. I did. Average wait time for a rep was about 25 minutes. I emailed them the problem and pictures. I also stated that they did not take away the old mattress, it was "not their policy". This was not mentioned at the time of purchase either. After going back and forth they stated they would send out right away a store voucher to cover the cost of the delivery as compensation for the poor communication. I'm still waiting, it's been about a month. I sent 2 more emails, and no response.
Description of Work: Purchased kid's full size bed (headboard , footboard and rails), mattress and boxspring as well as an end table.
