JLS is a North New Jersey based commercial and residential construction company. We offer a wide variety of services to clients throughout New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. JLS is owned and operated by James Clark III, a New Jersey resident with over 25 years of construction experience. James personally oversees all projects, to ensure that clients receive the highest quality of service possible.
