Description of Work: I was given a woodstove and related accesories. Was looking for someone to install it. Found Ryan and Sons on Angie's list and called them. About a week later [I think they were on vacation], they called back and mentioned that they don't do that, but would ask one of their subcontractors to call me [they did, but don't do that]. Ryan and Sons went out of their way to help me. I would call them again.

Description of Work: Bottom Line: Top draw all the way... Wouldn't hesitate to use again (and we will) as well as highly recommend to others. Just moved into a new home with 2 wood burning fire places and wanted the 'lowdown' on them and cleaned ... In short I called and made an appointment got an email confirmation and they arrived promptly. They gave me the info on a questionable fireplace located in the older area of our home ... as I suspected we will not use it. The FP in the newest addition while very dirty was in good serviceable shape , they cleaned it and did the video inspection ... We need to extend the flue about 12 more inches which they will get back to me with a quote. Nothing but a great experience from start to finish.
