I recently developed allergy symptoms and wanted the house tested to eliminate that as a possible source. Ephraim took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions when he first came out as well as when the report was issued. He was very courteous and professional throughout the process. I especially appreciated how he helped me understand how the inside of my house did quite well compared to the outside which is the control.
